ABB has OM and ON complete range of standard and special CAM Switches for door and modular base mounting. ABB
CAM Switch available types include ON-OFF switches, Change-over switch, Multistep ABB Entrelec CAM switches, Stop switch, Start
switches, Pumpstart ABB CAM switch, Ventilation switches, Reversing switch, Voltmeter switches, Amperemeter switch, and Special ABB
CAM Switches. ABB CAM Switches complete delivery includes handle and frontplate, Snap-on mounting of contact block with

|
The ABB Entrelec Switch-Disconnentor is largely used as the main switch in low voltage switchgears for distribution
of power, starting and stopping motors and isolating loads during maintenance. ABB Entrelec Switch Disconnectors are also enclosed in
metal or plastic boxes as safety switches to ensure that accidental start of machines is prevented. |
|
ABB latch key safety limit switches with small latch (key), made of fibre-glass reinforced UL-V0 thermoplastic
material, offer double insulation and a degree of protection IP65. ABB latch key safety limit switches are equipped with 1 N.C. + 1
N.O. or 2 N.C. contact blocks with dependent action and positive opening operation of the "N.C." contact(s). The specific features
make the ABB latch key safety limit switches ideal for monitoring and protection of industrial machines without inertia in which
downtime is less than access time to the dangerous area. ABB latch key safety limit switches are used on sliding or pivoting
protectors (covers, cases, doors, grids, etc.).

|
ABB CAM Switch features include complete delivery for easy purchasing and assembly, standard delivery with
black handle, alt. grey or red yellow handle. ABB CAM Switch small panel size: front space in side to side mounting 30 mm or
50 mm up to 25 A and finger protected Entrelec Terminals and interconnections
(IP20, VBG4). The user guiding CamWeb Configurator generates automatically the new ABB CAM Switch type and sends order code for
non-standard ABB CAM switches and front plates.
|
The global order code enables fast and failure free EDI-orders as standard Entrelec CAM switch from
the first time. The ABB CAM Switch Disconnector range from 16 to 160 Amp are either base plate or door mounted by snap-on or screw
fitting. Front operated 3, 4, 6, 8 pole and change over types are available as standard. |
|
From 200 up to 3150 Amp the ABB Switch Disconnectors, also called load break switches, are designed as pole
modules. ABB Switch Disconnectors are available as 1- to 4-pole versions, front or side operated and change over switches.
The super-compact yet efficient heart of the ABB OT switch disconnector is comprised of a new type of rotating double contact
construction in which there are two smaller contact gaps instead of one large. Simple, reliable, safe, and most of all efficient
mechanics of ABB CAM switches have been achieved with the help of double spring-loaded mechanism.
|
ABB foot switches are used in foot switch-operated machines such as shearing machines, folding machines, spinning
lathes, machine tools, wrapping machines, riveting presses, etc and relating applications. ABB foot switches with covers come in
three operation formats, Free movement - contact position follows pedal movement, actuated when the pedal of ABB foot switch is
pushed down, released when pedal is in a state of rest, |
|
ABB foot switch locked in neutral position - same operation as above, after
unlocking the pedal with the end of the foot, and ABB foot switch latched in low position - same operation as free movement, except
that a state of rest is obtained only after having unlatched the pedal with the end of the foot. ABB foot switches with covers can
be assembled on a plate and equipped with a transportation handle. Upon request, instead of the handle an emergency stop button can
be installed above a tube that allows for connection cable passage.
