Encoder Products Company
Representing the next generation of high performance encoders, the model 25T features the largest thru-bore available in a 2.5" encoder, mounting directly on shafts as large as 1.125" (28 mm). With resolutions of up to 10,000 CPR, and frequencies of up to 1MHz, this industrial-strength encoder is perfect for fast revving motors.
The 25T features the next generation of EPC's proprietary Opto-ASIC sensor, which provides superior accuracy and precision counts. The injection molded housing, made from EPC's custom blend of nylon composites, is grooved with "cooling fins" and can take the extreme heat of the motion control industry. With sealing available of up to IP66, many new rugged flexible mounting options, and a corrosion-resistant option, the model 25T can perform in demanding industrial environments. This revolutionary new 2.5" encoder truly is unlike any other, and ideal for replacing HS20, HS25, and HS35 style encoders.

In addition to the stainless steel housings, we also offer the Model 25T Accu-Coder with a corrosion resistant option. The housing of the Model 25T is manufactured of a chemically inert polymer resin, which is by nature resistant to many of the harsh materials. With the corrosion resistant option we take the extra step of replacing all the exposed metal hardware with stainless steel: the shaft collar, screws and other hardware. The result is a through-bore encoder with can-do capability.
When applying rotary encoders in harsh conditions, be sure to consider the environmental seal. Generally, the highest IP rating (Ingress Protection) available is preferred, as this choice provides greatest protection to the internal components.
Also, do not neglect the connector. The M12 and cable gland connectors offer the best protection against ingress of liquids.

Kubler Sendix 7000 incremental encoders offer Ex protection in a compact 70 mm seawater resistant housing. These shock and vibration resistant encoders operate flexibly with a resolution of up to 5000 ppr; they are also available with axial and radial cable outlets. With the new incremental Sendix 7000 encoders with ATEX and international IECEx approval, Kubler completes its robust ATEX encoder family. Used in compliance with
TURCK BCC Sensors blank out all interferences during the monitoring process. They are EMC and ESD immune. A laterally mounted shield and an integrated processing unit inhibit predamping when mounted in metal flanges. The full switching distance is thus available. Whether metal or plastic housing, the product range of standard cylindrical sensors is large, offering devices with diameters between 12 mm and 40 mm. The flush mountable sensors
