Altech "U" Series Universal Rail Mounting Standard Screw Clamp Feed through terminals are the most
versatile terminals for wire to wire connection in control, automation, instrumentation and power distribution applications. A
special design feature of Altech Terminal Blocks on the flexible foot enables easy mounting and dismounting from the DIN Rail with
the help of a screwdriver. |

Use ground blocks instead of grounding studs and wire lugs to terminate ground wires, saving installation and
wiring time. Altech ground Terminal blocks clamp mechanically onto the DIN Rail by tightening the center mounting screw, making a
reliable electrical connection between the cage clamp Altech terminals and the DIN Rail. The rail serves as a busbar and
automatically distributes ground potential to all other ground Altech terminals on the same rail. CGT4U, CGT10U and CGT35U can be
mounted on both DIN 32mm and DIN 35mm rails. |
Altech ground terminal blocks can
also be used as end stops, preventing other Altech terminal blocks and components from moving laterally on the DIN Rail. Altech
ground terminal blocks are supplied with a standard green/yellow housing for easy identification and accept standard marking tags. |

Altech double level terminals are the answer to high wiring density problems posed by certain unavoidable wiring
arrangements. CDL 4U (I.S) internally shorted double level Altech terminals are useful for distribution applications by using shorting
links at lower levels. Altech Offset Double Level Terminals, like CDL Double Level Terminals, provide a separate connection
possibility at two levels. Type CMC2 2 Altech Terminals have two identical clamps for 22 10 AWG wires on both sides. |
Connect multiple wires to a single Altech terminal block and eliminate reliability problems
encountered when connecting two wires into a single clamp. Two versions of Altech Terminal Blocks are available. Type CMC1 2 Altech
Terminal features a single screw cage clamp for 22 10 AWG wires on one side and two clamps on the other side for 22 10 AWG wires. |

Altech thermocouple terminal blocks are designed for use in temperature measuring circuits. The current
carrying part of the Altech thermocouple terminal blocks have the same material (according to DIN437134 and DIN43714) which is used
for compensating cables in the temperature measurement circuit (up to 200 C). Thus fulfilling the norms stated in DIN EN60584. The
Altech thermocouple terminal block is marked for the respective type of thermocouple which enables easy identification for
wiring. Altech offers different types of terminals incorporating electronic components for signal converting, circuit protection and
