QT50R-AFH Series

Provide a version of the R-GAGE well suited for car parking and other vehicle detection applications. Cars have proven to be difficult targets to detect for any technology. They present multiple angles and distances of reflection, curved mirrored surfaces, various combinations of plastic and metal composition, and tend to be driven and parked outside of designated areas. QT50R-AFS Series

Provide a lower-cost short-range version of the R-GAGE that is targeted for high-volume car parking and other vehicle detection applications. Banner has already built and proven manufacturing capacity for multi-thousand unit orders of OEM versions of this new model.

This model is positioned to tackle difficult outdoor applications where other technologies have weather immunity issues. Cars have proven to be difficult targets to detect for any technology. QT50R-AF2W Series

Provide a solution to port crane anti-collision applications. For the past five years Banner has worked with large OEM crane manufacturers around the world to design a sensor that meets their challenging needs. We are now presenting this advanced technology as a standard product offering. The QT50R-AF2W sensor is a lower cost alternative to the Q120RA model, providing approximately half the sensitivity and range.

The sensitivity, and output configuration can be selected via the DIP switches on the back of the sensor. The sensing distance must be configured via remote TEACH wire.

Use the included spanner to open the screw-off cover on the back of the sensor and access the DIP switches.

Q120RA-AF2 series provide a solution to port crane anti-collision applications. We are now presenting this advanced technology as a standard product offering.

Q120RA-AF series provide a solution for train detection applications that detects all types of rail cars, including flatbeds. Banner has worked with several OEM train yard integrators to develop this technology. The narrow beam pattern of the Q120RA allows it to distinguish flatbed train cars from the train tracks. The high gain radar antenna provides best in class outdoor all-weather detection in a diffuse operating mode.

Q120RA-AF & Q120RA-AF2 Series

QT50R-RH Series

Provide a version of the R-GAGE that can reliably sense stationary targets with poor or no radar reflection, and can sense targets up to the face of the sensor with no effective dead zone. This model provides a new reflection immunity technology. This allows it to ignore potential double reflections when the ceiling the sensor is mounted on is seen as a reflection from a tall vehicle's mirror-like roof.

This sensor works in either top-down mounting, using concrete or asphalt as the retro-target, or side mounting, using a wall, metal structure, or BRTR accessory as the retro-target.

Reliably detects stationary targets with poor or no radar reflection. Typical applications include detection of flatbed or box trucks at loading docks or overhead sensing of vehicles in exit lanes.

Q240RA-AF2 Series Dual-Zone

The Q240 radar-based sensor has a very narrow beam pattern, making it an extremely robust solution for applications where users need to monitor a specific area without detecting adjacent objects. It will function reliably in outdoor deployments, despite regular exposure to rain, wind, fog or sunlight, especially with its custom snap-on all-weather shield.

The R-GAGE sensor emits a well-defined beam of high-frequency radio waves from an internal antenna. Some of this emitted energy is reflected back to the receiving antenna. Signal processing electronics determine the distance from the sensor to the object based on the time delay of the return signal. The sensor can be configured to two independent sensing zones.

Weidmuller Displays

The LPD350 is a compact, cost effective, 3 1/2 digit digital indicator designed specifically for current loop signals. The decimal point can be moved to any position (1.XXX, 1X.XX, 1XX.X or 1XXX) so that it can display values in a range of ±1999. The LPD350 uses a liquid crystal display which can be read even under poor lighting conditions. No additional wiring is needed for a power supply. The user can simply break the loop and connect to the LPD350.
