Banner A-GAGE EZ-ARRAY Series - Measuring Array Sensors

• Applications include edge and center-guiding, loop tension control, hole sizing, parts counting and on-the-fly product sizing and profiling.

The Banner AG4 is a two-dimensional optical measuring safety laser scanner that emits pulses of infrared light to locate and measure the position of objects in its field of view. A single unit that works on the principle of diffuse reflection (i.e., reflected light), the AG4 is an excellent choice for irregularly shaped safeguarding in applications where a standard two- or three-piece safety light screen will not work.

Banner BMLV Series - Retroreflective Part Counting Light Curtains

• System is ideal for sensing or counting large objects falling through the sensing area.
• Minimum object size is 50 mm at 0.6 m from the sensor and 125 mm at 2.1 m from the sensor.
• Sensors are available in the following lengths: 1200, 2400, 3600 and 4800 mm.
• Maximum range is 3 m, when used with Banner high-grade retroreflective tape.
• Output choices are light operate and dark operate.
