The DXM100 Controller is an industrial wireless controller that facilitates Industrial Internet of
Things (IIoT) applications. As a communications gateway, it interfaces local serial ports, local I/O
ports, and local ISM radio devices to the internet using either a cellular connection or a wired
Ethernet network connection.
Banner's DXM Logic Controller integrates Banner's wireless radio, cellular connectivity, and local
I/O to provide a platform for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The DXM Controller's wired and wireless connectivity options make it easy to share data between
local and remote equipment. The cellular modem option eliminates the need for IT infrastructures to
connect remote equipment for sensing and control. The integrated Sure Cross wireless radio
enables Modbus connectivity to remote sensors, indicators, and control equipment.

Wireless Q45 Sensors
Performance Gateway/Radio Modules with I/O
SureCross Performance embeddable board modules were specifically designed for the needs of industrial users to
provide connectivity where traditional wired connections are not possible or cost prohibitive. Wireless networks are formed around
a Gateway, which acts as the wireless network master device, and one or more Nodes. SureCross Performance embeddable board modules
communicate with all SureCross Performance radios.
- Wireless industrial I/O device with two PNP discrete inputs, two PNP discrete outputs, two 0-20 mA analog inputs, and two
0-20 mA analog outputs
- Selectable transmit power levels of 250 mW or 1 Watt for 900 MHz models and 65 mW for 2.4 GHz models
- 10 to 30V dc power input
- DIP switches for user configuration
- Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) control architecture ensure

SureCross serial data radios are wireless industrial communication devices used to extend the range of a
serial communication network.

MultiHop Ethernet Data Radios are used to create point to multipoint wireless Ethernet networks. This model,

The Ethernet Data Radio is used to create point to multipoint wireless Ethernet networks. This model,
available only in 900 MHz, operates using a star topology. The SureCross Ethernet radio is an industrial grade, high-speed, 900
MHz radio used to create point to multipoint configurations of wireless Ethernet networks.
Ethernet Data Radios
Banner introduces a new GPS Module for outdoor location monitoring applications. Low
power consumption, ability to withstand extreme environments, flexible power supply voltages and Modbus RTU
communications makes this sensor ideal for the industrial market.
Banner's new GPS (Global Positioning System) monitoring solution specifically
designed for industrial users. The entire device is built into a fully sealed, IP69K rated polycarbonate
housing, eliminating the need for a separate remote antenna and control unit. This ultra-rugged, compact
form factor can be mounted permanently or temporarily with the optional magnetic mount.
With an accuracy of less than 2.5 meters, the Banner GPS50M communicates its GPS
coordinates via Modbus RTU, an RS-485 serial communication protocol that is standard for many industries.
This communication flexibility allows the module to interface with HMIs, PLCs, PCs or any Modbus Master
Controller to give you endless application solution opportunities.

In Addition to Switching Outputs, high resolution
analog output (current or voltage) and dual-output (analog+digital or digital+digital) sensors are also
available. Devices are offered in three technology versions: Diffuse, Reflex and Diffuse & Reflex.
With diffuse sensors, the target itself reflects the ultrasonic impulses. When the target enters a preset
sensing area, the echo reflected from it causes the device to switch.
The TSD6 offers total solid state interval timing
for 12 or 24 V DC applications. This series provides either negative or positive switching. The TSD
Series is designed for more demanding commercial and industrial applications where small size, and
accurate performance is required. The factory calibration for fixed time delays is within 1% of the
target time delay. The repeat accuracy, under stable conditions, is 0.1% of the time delay.
