M-GAGE Q7LMEB Flat-Pak

The M-GAGE Q7LMEB Flat-Pak sensors implement a passive sensing technology to detect large ferrous objects. The sensor measures the change in the Earth's natural magnetic field (the ambient magnetic field) caused by the introduction of a ferromagnetic object.

The M-GAGE Q7LMEB Flat-Pak sensors provide a direct replacement for inductive loop systems and needs no external frequency box. Its unique design allows quick installation within a single 3/8 in saw cut. For applications where pavement has not been poured, consider the M-GAGE S18M, which can be mounted or replaced without disrupting the pavement.

QS30 Series High-Power Opposed-Mode

Banner QS30 Series high-power opposed-mode sensors are extremely rugged, powerful and leakproof. They are designed to withstand the most demanding industrial applications, including high-pressure washdown areas. They are powerful enough to burn through heavy fog, dust, and most types of industrial and process contamination.

The sensor's electronics are epoxy-encapsulated for maximum resistance to mechanical shock and vibration. The popular WORLDBEAM-style housing provides multiple mounting configurations in a minimum of space.

The innovative circuitry used in these sensors provides the best EMI/RFI noise immunity of any non-synchronized emitter/receiver pair. For applications where optical crosstalk between multiple sensor pairs may be a problem, the sensors provide a choice between two frequencies (A and B).

QT50R-RH Series

The R-GAGE sensor emits a well-defined beam of high-frequency radio waves from an internal antenna. This emitted energy reflects off of a retroreflective target and returns to the receiving antenna. As long as the antenna is receiving reflected radio waves, the output will remain off. If an object blocks radio waves, the output will turn on. The distance range for the retroreflective target can be configured via remote TEACH wire. Objects beyond the retroreflective target are ignored (also called background suppression). In Normally Closed mode, the output operates like a foreground suppression sensor.

The sensitivity, and output configuration can be selected via the DIP switches on the back of the sensor. Use the included spanner to open the screw-off cover on the back of the sensor and access the DIP switches.
