Part-Time Building & Grounds Maintenance Person
This is an immediate job opening for a mature and reliable individual to work as a part-time Building &
Grounds Maintenance Person to work Mondays thru Friday, 4hrs per day with flexible start times.
The ideal candidate must be extremely meticulous with landscaping experience, will have a mature and positive
outlook, an outgoing disposition, and the ability to work well with coworkers and possibly industrial customers. This would be an
ideal position for an individual who would like to get in on the ground floor of a business who is eager to work hard and
learn.
Duties include maintaining the exterior landscaping of a small industrial building, performing other light
building maintenance, delivering orders and providing general warehouse, office, and shipping/ receiving support as well as. No

QUALIFICATIONS
You must meet ALL of the following qualifications to be considered for this position:
- Must be mature and reliable with a great attitude
- Must have landscaping and lawn maintenance experience
- Must able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Customer service and detail oriented
- A valid driver's license with no points
- A verifiable, clean driving record with no history of accidents or serious offenses
- A good knowledge of our delivery area
- Understand and carry out detailed instructions
- Possess and exercise good business judgment
