TURCK Sensors
Hans TURCK Germany
introduces a line of highly reliable and easy to program temperature sensors. The TS400 and TS500 temperature sensors
incorporate a multitude of design features that make the sensors suitable for nearly all factory and process automation
applications.
TT Series Temperature Transmitters
|
Banner Sensors
The T-GAGE M18T Series
is a passive, non-contacting, temperature-based device. It is used to detect object(s) that are either hotter or colder than
the ambient condition, and then activate an output. While it looks and operates just like a photoelectric sensor, the T-GAGE
detects the infrared light energy emitted by objects, instead of its own emitted light.

 micro IRt/c |
The world's smallest IRt/c's are self powered, with K t/c output. For those special applications
where mounting is impossible with standard sized sensors, the micro IRt/c can go places no other IR sensors have gone
before, with the same high performance as all of the IRt/c products. Optics available are 1:2 (all temperature ranges
available) and 4:1 (only calibrated for K-440F/220C). microIRt/c's have higher impedance than typical IRt/c's, Smart
transmitters are available to linearize and deal with impedance issues.

 Self Powered IRt/c |
Exergen offers NIST traceable factory calibration of adjustable IRt/c sensors to meet the customers
measurement range. This option simplifies multiple same sensor installations for factory automation and OEMs. mV signal
output curves and mV tables are available.
- User calibrated to match user specific t/c output and temperature range
- Provides choice of optimized temperature ranges
- Available in range of FOV
- Includes focused models to view targets through tight openings
- Choice in emissivity range to match target material
- Conventional t/c output signals available (J, K, R/S, etc.)
|
 Pre-Calibrated |
The most reliable non contact temperature sensors on earth. No active electronics, so these passive
devices can not fail. Mean Time Between Failure reports have been documented with a rate of > 1,000 years between
failures.
- Factory-calibrated to match thermocouple signals over selected temperature ranges
- For non-metal surfaces (coated metals are acceptable)
- For use with "thermocouple input" controllers, PLCs, transmitters, and recorders available worldwide
- All sensors exceed NEMA 4, 4X; IP65, 67; and are intrinsically safe.
|
 SmartIRt/c |
SmartIRt/c is plug and play, linearized, precise accuracy, with integral design which eliminates thermal
drift. No leakage current, impedance, or cold junction compensation to worry about.
- Smart air purge assures maintenance free long term accuracy & smart continuous auto calibration
- All digital system & smart housing resists mechanical and thermal shocks
- Smart emissivity shift and ambient radiation correction & easy plug and play installation
- Lowest cost air purged, linearized sensor on the market & optics from 3:1 to 40:1 available
- Outputs of 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, & RS232
- Temperature ranges from 0-1000C
- LOW impedance, results in no offset errors due to leakage current in your input device
- Custom scaling and programming for low emissivity materials available

 SnakeEye |
Reduce scrap in your manufacturing process. Detect the presence of hot objects (such as hot melt
adhesive, labels, laser engravings, seals, and pressed fit parts) with the photo-cell like, thermally sensitive, fast
thermal switch.
SnakeEye thermal switches can be used for non-contact infrared thermal detection, quality control /
inspection & validation of production line processes which require a thermal component.
Now you can have 100% inspection of hot melt adhesive to your product, not only its presence, but its
position as well. Employing new state-of-the-art infrared techniques (patent pending), the SnakeEye provides photocell
simplicity of operation, with extraordinary thermal sensitivity to "see" each and every bead as it is applied in real
time.

 DX Series Precision Thermometers |
The DX-Series is an entirely different type of instrument than conventional temperature measuring devices.
Designed specifically for the highest possible accuracy, it is the only infrared insturument which can be certified with NIST
- traceble accurracy on real surfaces of unknown emissivity. while remaining completely free of the contact errors and heat
sinking errors of contact devices.
The DX Thermometer is a necessary tool in any industry where accuracy in temperature measurement is
required. particularly when the task speed or the process speed is important. This instrument will satisfy the most exacting
demands, assuring quality, reliability and safety.
|
 D-Series Microscanners |
The Infrared Psychrometry method with the DSeries is a direct application of the thermodynamics and
mathematics that defines humidity: the D-Series is capable of measuring the true wet-bulb temperature accurately, and with
the dry-bulb temperature, the RH can be computed to a very high accuracy via standard psychrometric equations. The process
is as follows:
A porous material (filter paper is suitable) is wetted with water (purity is not important), and air from
the environment flows across the surface to bring the surface to thermodynamic equilibrium with the air, i.e. to the lowest
possible temperature produced by the evaporating water, which is the wet-bulb temperature.

 E-Series Microscanners |
Why "shoot" at hot spots one shot at a time with an IR gun, when you can scan them with rapid automatic
"fire"?
The palm-size EXERGEN Microscanner E and Super-E models are the infrared scanners which scan electrical
equipment faster, safer and with more accuracy than point and shoot guns, because they are designed from the ground up for
rapid electrical scanning - like using a machine gun instead of a pistol. Because of outstanding speed and color-coded
display, EXERGEN E-Series models can scan twenty panels in the same time it takes to scan one panel with a conventional IR
gun. Because of the higher optical resolution, scanning can be from farther away, thus improving safety for the
professional.

 IRt/c.07 |
The self powered EXERGEN IRt/c has advantages such as reliability, true t/c output (over certain ranges),
hermetically sealed, small size, and intrinsically safe.
