The FRENIC-HVAC Combination VFD is a packaged drive solution in a UL Type 1 or Type 12 enclosure
designed for indoor HVAC applications.
Wall-mount panels must be mounted to a surface that is capable of supporting the weight of the
panel. The OPC-ETH multiprotocol communication interface provides Ethernet-based network connectivity
to Fuji FRENIC-MEGA and FRENIC-HVAC adjustable speed drives.
The FRENIC-HVAC Combination VFD must be connected to an input power source, a motor (output power),
ground, and control may be local or by using remote devices such as switches, potentiometers, etc.

FUJI FRENIC-MEGA Series High Performance Inverters
FRENIC MEGA is the new High Performance inverter from Fuji Electric and is the successor of G11S drive. The
capacity range of FRENIC MEGA is for 3 ph 400 V supply from 0.4 kW to 630 kW and for 3 ph 200 V supply from 0.4 kW to 110 kW.
The overload capacity of FRENIC MEGA is 150% for 1 min and 200% for 3s (in High Duty mode).
The inverters with capacities of 5.5 kW and above can be used in dual rating; this means that the same
inverter can be used for next higher capacity (in Low Duty mode). For example a 5.5 kW inverter can be used for a 7.5 kW motor; in
this case the overload is 120% for 1 min. The braking transistor is included as standard up to 22 kW units and is optional up to
110 kW units. The braking resistor is included as standard up to 7.5 kW units.

The FRENIC-EcoPAK is a packaged AC drive solution designed for variable torque fan and pump applications
in commercial buildings, educational facilities, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Offering the most common specified
features and options required by facility and consulting engineers, FRENIC-EcoPAK provides a compliant and competitive
packaged drive solution. By applying Fuji Electric's FRENIC-EcoPAK to fans and pumps instead of mechanical flow control
devices: lower energy bills, reduction in required maintenance, reduction in ambient noise, and improved process control can
FRENIC-EcoPAK LH utilizes a variable frequency ac drive and a Schaffner ECOsine harmonic filter in one
complete package solution for an IEEE519 1992 compliant for variable torque fan and pump motor applications. FRENIC-EcoPAK
LH is available for 25 to 500 Hp 460V ac 3Ph motor applications. With the increasing emphasis on reducing energy consumption
backed by energy rebates and maintaining power quality to avoid penalty fees from utility companies, variable frequency
drives are being required to comply with IEEE519 1992 more often. FRENIC-EcoPAK LH allows contractors to purchase and
install a variable frequency drive solution that will save energy while maintaining harmonic current and voltage distortion
at or below that required by IEEE519 1992.
