IDEC built a worldwide reputation on the strength, quality
and reliability of relays, Idec Relay sockets and Idec Relay timers. There are Idec Relays control solutions for logic level up to
90A, and options from lights or check buttons to various footprints and mounting style Idec Relays. Every style of Idec relays
meet industry standards for terminal arrangements and will fit as well with an Idec Relay component as with any other
manufacturer's component. But once you plug into Idec Relays, you'll never go back. The color of the plastic base on some Idec
Relays have been changed from white to black. This Idec Relay change does not alter any of the Idec Relay electrical or mechanical
specifications. In addition, the color of the dust cover on some Idec Relays will still remain yellow which has always been
identified with Idec relays.

if you cannot find the answer to your IDEC IZUMI Relay questions. |
Does IDEC have a relay that is rated for use with 277VAC or 125VDC? |
The highest voltage ratings on our plug-in relays is nominally 240VAC and 110VDC. There is a tolerance of
10%, yielding a maximum of 264VAC and 121VDC. Higher voltages can be switched with either our Solid State Relays or
IDEC IEC contactors.
|
Are there any CE marked latching relays? |
No. None of our latching relays have been submitted for IEC approval. At this time there are
no plans to have any of the latching relays IEC approved / CE marked.
|
Does IDEC make any hermetically sealed relays? |
No, but an IDEC Solid State Relay may work for some
applications. |
Does IDEC make any reed relays? |
No. Reed relays are often desirable for their fast switching times. You may want to consider a solid state
relay for your application.
