HS5B Idec Interlock switches have a lightweight plastic housing, and while larger than the HS6B Idec
Safety Interlock Switch it is still a very small switch for tight fitting locations. Idec Sub-Miniature Safety Interlock Switches
can be installed in several configurations, so the Idec actuator can be accessed from five directions, and has three key types
available. |
The HS6B Idec Safety Interlock Switch is the smallest three contact enabling switch currently on the market, and will
fit in even the tightest areas, so you have safety in every necessary location. The design of Idec Safety Interlock Switch allows
the highest level of safety by having 3 total contacts, dual load contacts plus a monitoring contact (as per ISO13849-1,
EN954-1). Two key entrances provide flexibility for installation options. |

HE1G Idec grip switches are available with or without a built-in Emergency Stop switch, and were designed
for use as "deadman" Enabling switches by second operators in robotic cells. The Idec Enabling Switch Off-On-Off functionality
provides a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented
with a panic situation. |
The HE3B Idec enabling Panel Cut-Out Switch mounts into a standard 16mm panel cut out, and it
has most of the same features as Idec's other enabling switches. HE2B redundant, or double basic enabling switches have multiple contacts
for extra reliability, and meet all major robotics industry requirements. The HE1B is small, lightweight and highly reliable Idec
enabling switch. It is ideally suited for use in robotic teaching pendants and complies to major industry regulations. It provides
a high level of safety based on human behavioral studies which determine personnel may squeeze OR let go when presented with a
panic situation. |

The HS1E is a full size, lightweight plastic Idec Safety interlock switch that includes a locking solenoid
unit for extra security. When mounting the key on a movable door, and the Idec Safety Interlock switch on a machine body, the
door can be mechanically locked when closed. The door is unlocked by a solenoid lock-release signal from an
Idec PLC or other source after the machine has stopped. |
In the event of power failure or for machine maintenance, the door can be unlocked using a
special tool. The HS1C is a full size Idec Safety interlock switch in a rugged die-cast aluminum housing that also includes a locking
solenoid. The HS1B is a full-size Izumi interlock switch in a more rugged, industrial die-cast aluminum housing. Options include an LED
indicator in red or green, and two different circuit configurations. |
