M12 eurofast Cordsets
TURCK's new armored M12
eurofast cordsets provide protection against abrasion, cuts, water, oil & impact, and are excellent for use in automotive,
stamping plants and welding environments. Cordsets meet Open Wiring specifications allowing their use in place of conduit,
thereby reducing the extensive labor, wire-pulling, cutting, bending and moisture problems associated with conduit. The armored
eurofast line provides 3, 4 and 5-wire options with 18 & 22 AWG.

SUNX FX-400 Digital Fiber Optic Sensor
The FX-400 series of digital fiber sensors is a simple, easy to use sensor that does not compromise
functionality. Much work has been done to provide a sensor that beginners can operate out of the box that has some of the useful
functions found in high-end units. The LED light source of the SUNX
FX-400 series has been increased to 1.5X that of previous models. This allows for greater resistance to dust, dirt, etc. so that
less time needs to be spent on maintenance. Long-term stability is ensured by using a four-chemical emitting element in combination
with a built-in auto power control circuit (APC). Three LED options are available: red, green, and blue. Each type excels at
distinguishing different color sets so you can choose the optimal light source for your application. The user interface of the
sensor has been enhanced to provide a dual digital display and a large adjuster. The display shows the incident light intensity
and the threshold value simultaneously, which improves configuration and maintenance procedures. |
 |
Also, the display can be flipped 180 degrees or shut off completely to save power. The adjuster
allows several advanced features such as R.S.S., or rotation speed sensitivity, which changes the display change sensitivity in
proportion to the speed in which the adjuster is turned. Quick modifications of the threshold value have never been easier. It is
also simple to make small changes because one digit on the display corresponds to a 30-degree turn of the adjuster. Furthermore,
the adjuster has no starting or end position, so it is impossible to cause any damage by overturning. Several features were
incorporated from the FX-300 series SUNX Digital Fiber Sensor. The
FX-400 series employs the same quick-connection cables that are used in such sensors as the FX-300 series and the LS series. This
allows the FX-400 to be integrated along with your other sensors (up to 16) for simplified wiring connection.

IDEC Miniature Photoelectric Switches - SA1E Series
Ensuring the accurate recognition of target objects is very critical for many control systems. More reliable
objects recognition means fewer false alarms, increase productivity and less products rejection. When selecting the
photoelectric sensors of choice for your applications, the most important criteria are: reliability, durability and ruggedness.
IDEC SA1E miniature photoelectric sensors incorporated all of these features in
a compact housing, easy to install and competitive pricing. All IDEC IZUMI SA1E miniature photoelectric switches are IP67 rated,
cULus listed and CE marked. A choice of NPN or PNP outputs are available, as well as a choice of Dark ON or Light ON operation
modes. |
 |
Key features for SA1E IDEC Sensors include:
- High reliability and precision
- High speed response & Subminiature design
- Five sensing methods: through-beam, polarized retroreflective, diffuse-reflective, small-beam reflective, and background
suppression.
- Cable and M8 connector types available
- Degree of protection: IP67 (IEC60529)
- cULus, CE marked

GE Sentrol Steel Door Contacts
The GE Sentrol 1078 Series Steel Door contacts are designed
specifically for use in the steel doors commonly found in commercial building applications. The unique housing design features a
rugged unibody construction with flexible ribbed sides for quick, secure installation without gluing. The magnet housing isolates
the magnet from the surrounding steel for maximum gap distances, both make and break. Over seven models including: Wide Gap, SPDT,
DPDT, and Biased for High Security applications make the 1078 Series the most widely used and comprehensive line available. On
available models a terminal connection (T) makes installation easier. Simply strip the wire, insert it into the terminal block
and tighten. The terminal accepts any wire size from 14 to 22 gauge, and has a unique one piece design for added strength. |
 |
An optional Rare Earth Magnet is available. It is designed for use in metal entry/exit doors
with a channel in the top of the door. The magnet eliminates the need to cut a mounting hole in the door channel. The flexible
magnet housing can be compressed to accommodate a variety of channel widths for quick, easy installation. Adhesive is
recommended.
The contact contains a hermetically sealed magnetic reed switch. The reed shall be potted in the contact
housing with a polyurethane based compound. Contact and magnet housing shall snap-lock into a 3/4" or 1" dia. hole. Housings shall
be molded of flame retardant ABS plastic. Color of housings shall be off-white, grey or mahogany brown. The magnet shall be made of
Alnico V. Rare Earth Magnet shall be made of neodymium iron boron. |
