The AMPFlasher Series AC Indicator is a compact, inexpensive, easy-to-use LED ring which slips onto a conductor to give a flashing indication of current flow. Ideal for use in control panels, or wherever confirmation of current flow is desired, AMP Flasher AC indicators are a cost-effective way to detect live conductors and see current flow to fans, heaters, pumps, lighting or other powered devices.
Available options include models with pigtail outputs for remote LED applications or with normally open solid-state contacts.
The ACI Current Indicator is mounted by sliding the unit directly onto the current-carrying conductor. It may be se-cured with a tie wrap or with multiple turns of the conduc-tor. For remote mounting of the LED (ACI-0.5-P), drill a hole 0.25" into the panel (up to 0.125" thickness), snap in the clip from the front. Slip the ring over the LED, snap the LED into the clip and snap the ring onto the back of the clip.
