Symcom Monitors
The MotorSaver Model 80
is designed to continuously monitor phase rotation of three-phase systems. Critical applications include fan motors, scroll
compressors, grinders, conveyor systems, elevators and escalators. A solid-state sensing circuit drives an internal
electro-mechanical relay which is energized when proper phase rotation is applied.

TURCK Transducers
The EZ-track R16 Liquid Level Sensor
is a programmable, two-wire loop powered intrinsically safe probe that is ideal for continuous level monitoring in a variety
of liquids and tank designs. The R16 sensor uses magnetostrictive technology to monitor the position of a magnetic float
along the active stroke of the sensing tube, which is then converted into a configurable 4-20 mA output.

 DLT Series DC |
DLT Series DC Current Transducers combine a hall effect sensor and a True RMS signal conditioner into a
single package. The DLT Series is designed to produce an analog 4-20 mA signal proportional to the DC current in the primary
conductor. Available in a solid-core or split-core case design. Lower current ranges make this sensor ideal for use in
photovoltaic panel combiner boxes.
- PV Array combiner boxes
- Wind generators
- DC heating applications
- UPS system monitoring

|
 ATCR Series |
ATCR series current transducers combine a sensing coil and a True RMS signal conditioner as a matched,
factory calibrated set. The ATCR series is designed to produce an analog 4-20 mA signal proportional to AC current up to
2000 amps. Coil opens to pass over the installed conductors. When connected to a controller or data logger, the sensor
output is directly proportional to the primary current.
- Monitoring resistive or inductive load to detect current.
- Industry standard 4-20 mA output for connection to PLC or data loggers.
- Install over bus bars, single or multiple conductors easily.
- Fast response to changes in operating conditions.
|
 ATR Series |
ATR Series Current Transducers combine a current transformer and a True RMS signal conditioner into a
single package. The ATR Series provides True RMS output on distorted waveforms found on VFD or SCR outputs, and on linear
loads in "noisy" power environments. Available in a solidor split-core case.
- VFD Controlled Loads
- SCR Controlled Loads
- Switching Power Supplies and Electronic Ballasts
- Jumper Selectable Ranges
- UL, CUL and CE Approval
|
 AT Series |
AT Series Current Transducers combine a current transformer and signal conditioner into a single package.
The AT Series has jumper selected current input ranges and industry standard 4-20mA, 0-5VDC or 0-10VDC outputs. The AT Series
is designed for application on 'linear' or sinusoidal AC loads. Available in a split-core case or two types of solid-core
cases.
- Automation Systems
- Data Loggers
- Panel Meters
|
 AT/ATR 3 & 4 Series |
AT/ATR 3 & 4 Series Current Transducers combine a current transformer and a signal conditioner into a
single package for applications from 200A to 2000A. The AT version is Average Responding for use on linear (sinusoidal)
loads. The ATR version is True RMS for use on distorted waveforms found in VFD or SCR ouputs. Available in a solid-core
case.
- Large Pumps
- Power Generation
- Electric Heating Elements
- Large Aperture
- Select the Right Output
- Isolation
|
 ATP Series |
ATP Series Powered Current Transducers sense currents from 0-200A and provide a proportional analog VDC
or mA output. Powered by 120VAC or 24VAC/VDC, the ATP Series eliminates the need for costly power supplies or voltage
rectifiers inside the control panel. Designed for motor control applications with standard sinusoidal waveforms, the ATP
features user-selectable input ranges, a choice of outputs and split-core or solid-core enclosures.
- Commercial and Industrial Motor Control Centers
- Fast, Accurate RMS Measurement
|
 ATP/ATPR 3 & 4 Series |
ATP/ATPR 3 & 4 Series Powered High-Current Transducers are largeformat solid-core transducers designed
for high current applications from 200A to 2000A. Powered by 120VAC or 24VAC/VDC, these products take advantage of available
power supplies and eliminate the need for costly control power transformers. Options include average responding and True RMS
versions, 0-5/10VDC or 4-20mA analog outputs and switch-selectable input ranges.
- Commercial and Industrial MCC's
- VFD or SCR Controlled Loads, Electronic Ballasts
- Large Pumping Applications
- Power Distribution Centers (PDCs)
|
 DT Series |
DT Series Current Transducers combine a Hall effect sensor and signal conditioner into a single package
for use in DC current applications up to 400A. The DT Series has jumper selectable current input ranges and industry standard
0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5VDC or 0-10VDC outputs. Available in solidor split-core enclosures.
- Battery Banks
- Transportation
- Electric Heating Elements
- Internal Power Regulation
- Split-core Design/Built-in Mounting Brackets
- Three Jumper Selectable Ranges
|
 AP/APR Series |
The AP/APR Series is a family of DIN-Rail compatible, split-core current transducers which utilize a
patented current sensing technology called PRiME. Product features include a large aperture, switch-selectable inputs and
outputs and isolation between primary and secondary circuits. PRiME technology eliminates the use of a magnetic core and
protects the sensor against saturation and damage which can occur from continuous exposure to high currents. Models available
from 10A to 400A and with 0-5V/0-10V or 4-20mA outputs as standard.
|
 ATQ Series |
The 'ATQ' Series Current Transducers sense currents from 0 to 200A and provide a patented proportional
frequency output of 0-5 kHz or 0-10 kHz for use with digital-only PLCs. Useful in applications where high resolution sensing
or frequency counting is needed, the ATQ Series features a jumper-selectable input and a split-core enclosure for easy
installation.
- Motion and Motor Control Applications
- Patented Frequency Output Technology

 |
NK Technologies manufacture PHOENIX CONTACT MCR series converters and they have the same characteristics
as Neilsen Kuljian's AP/APR series. The transmission of analog signals in industrial environments is very susceptible to
interference. PHOENIX CONTACT MCR modular converters for measuring and control technology avoid the distortion of analog
signals caused by external interference.
With accurate conversion, electrical isolation or adaptation of analog signals, they provide safe and
increased transmission quality, and thus quality of control circuits. This is reflected in five pillars sorted on the basis
of functionalities:
|
- Insulation: The MCR signal isolators are used to electrically isolate, amplify, filter and adapt analog
signals.
- Temperature: The MCR temperature transducers are available for resistance thermometers
(e.g. PT100, Ni 1000, etc.) and thermocouples (e.g. type J, K etc.).
- Power: The MCR current and voltage transducers convert currents and voltages into standard analog signals.
- Conversion: The MCR transducers convert different signal values into analog signals suitable for the control
system. Analog signals are just as easy to adapt to the control level as are frequencies, rotational speeds and
potentiometer positions.
- Control: In measurement and control technology, the MCR monitoring modules are used alongside conventional
control systems such as PLCs & PCs. They measure analog signals and control and monitor a function in relation to the
signal value.
