WindO/I-NV2 is Windows-based programming software for the HG4F, HG3F, HG2F and HG1B touchscreens. Using WindO/I-NV2 is so easy and intuitive because we have eliminated the ladder programming necessary in previous versions of our configuration software. All drivers are included with software. Meters Make Savings On The Panel And The Budget

New from Red Lion Controls, CUB5 Series analog panel meters increase user versatility in a footprint that is 30% smaller than 1/8 DIN meters and nearly half the cost. Multiple models are available to meet a variety of unique industrial applications, for example, measuring DC current and voltage, processing signals from flow meters, pressure sensors and positioning sensors, and accepting inputs from RTD and thermocouple sensors. "The CUB5 Series analog panel meters offer users ultimate versatility with their compact, modular design and offering of intelligent, easily programmable features". Red Lion offers a variety of analog models, including the CUB5ID DC current meter that offers four current ranges and a maximum input of 199.99mA and the CUB5VD DC volt meter that offers four voltage ranges and a maximum input of 199.99V DC.

The CUB5P Process Meter accepts processing signals and displays them in the desired display readout. The CUB5RT and CUB5TC accept inputs from RTD sensors and thermocouple sensors, respectively. All CUB5 models offer 12mm digits and user-selectable bright red or green LED backlighting, and can be programmed to display color change at preset. Convenient front panel programming is another significant advantage over comparable panel meters. Users may choose to incorporate optional modules to further enhance CUB5 capabilities. A relay module featuring a Form C relay capable of switching up to 1A and a dual NPN-OC transistor module are available for adding output capabilities. Both can be programmed to change backlight display color when a setpoint is reached - providing machine operators with a quick visual indication.

SEW Eurodrive Movidrive B Universal Motor Controller

SEW-Eurodrive introduces the MOVIDRIVE B universal motor controller, a new generation of drive inverters with more basic functions, extended lower speed range and increased overload capacity over SEW's previous design. These new inverters offer performance and control quality levels for AC asynchronous motors previously only possible with servo drives or DC motors. Their integrated control functions and expansion options give the MOVIDRIVE B inverters unprecedented efficiency levels in terms of startup, operation and application. SEW Eurodrive MOVIDRIVE B inverters come in two versions. The standard version includes the integrated IPOSplus positioning and sequence control and can be expanded with all available options. In addition to the standard features, the application version includes Electronic Line Shaft and Electronic Cam features as well as wizards for the easy startup of a wide range of applications such as Turntable Positioning (32 discrete points or position via fieldbus), Flying Knife, Winder Control and more.

What's more, with IPOSplus you can control motion sequences directly in the inverter right on the plant floor. As a result, load is taken off the master controller, and modular concepts can be implemented more easily. With 8 binary inputs and 6 binary inputs, SEW Eurodrive MOVIDRIVE Inverter B offers more connectivity options including a flying restart circuit for synchronizing the inverter to a rotating motor; slip compensation for high static accuracy of speed, even without encoder feedback and extreme tight torque control for winding, tensioning and pressure forming applications.
