KT2 is your simple, accurate, compact & economical temperature controller (DIN 48 x 24) that can support pattern control. The KT7 series is equipped with DIN rail mounting complying to DIN standards. KT4 is versatile thermocouple, RTD, DC voltage and DC current input for temperature detecting sensors. KT4R, KT8R & KT9R Series
Operation startup can begin after using initial setting mode to enter the control values required before first use, and after entering values for items such as frequently used and frequently changed settings. Smooth operation is enabled at initial startup and after changing settings. Easy programmed control made possible using nine-step setting procedure. By entering specific target values for each indicated period, freely selectable temperature control is possible. Sampling period rate half (1/2 times) from previous model: high speed 125 ms processing implemented. With twice the responsiveness, it is possible to more finely carry out control, for example, of the heat capacity. The built-in rearing auto tuning function uses the step response method. From temperature rise behavior alone, it can calculate the PID constants. It is possible to calculate constants, even when auto tuning cannot be used to generate them. Because an ON / OFF operation is unnecessary, there is no disruption in control.
KT Monitor is a convenient software tool for editing the parameters of KT4H, saving parameters in a file, monitoring of temperature data, and monitoring and saving log files of designated values. Parameters can easily be understood and are accessible in a clear, convenient form.
With the Trace display you can display and analyze the temperature PV, the set value SV and the control the output MV. MV2 will be indicated only when heating/cooling control option is added. All values can also be recorded in a CSV-file for further processing with e.g. Excel. The colors of the traces are user-definable, the same goes for the interval for recording data (min. 1 second). The total number of records can be set in a range from 600 (10 min.) to 9,000 (15 min.). To scale the values displayed, you can enter upper and lower limits.

Red Lion Controls IRMA accepts a 2, 3, or 4 wire RTD or resistance input and converts it into a 4 to 20 mA current output. The 4 to 20 mA output is linearly proportional to the temperature or the resistance input.
