The DP-100 series contains the same functionality of units 3 times its price, all with the superior SUNX quality that is recognized worldwide. Two distinct pressure ranges are available, one for high pressure and one for low pressure. Both feature compound pressure sensing (positive and vacuum pressures) for maximum compatibility with your applications. The series offers the option of either dual discrete outputs or one discrete output and one analog output. The discrete outputs in either type are available in either NPN or PNP. Three built-in output modes give the user enhanced control to tailor the sensor to the specific needs of their application.

The delivery program includes different size devices for operating pressures from 1,450 to 7,250 psi. Their main applications are in high-pressure hydraulic systems. They have a stainless steel housing imperviously shrunk onto a ceramic disk at the sensing face. Connection is by means of either a highly flexible cable with a polyurethane sleeve, or an integrated connector. The electric properties are equivalent to those of the corresponding series 500 devices.

Short circuit and reverse polarity protection are built-in to the circuitry, further enhancing this Red Lion pressure transmitters. The transmitter housing is constructed of stainless steel and provides an IP 67 level of protection. The fluid connection is a standard G 1/4 thread, while the electrical connection is a M12 connector.

STI digital pressure gauges range from 3 digits and battery operated to 4 digits and many analog and digital outputs. STI feature Sensors with plastic, stainless steel and NEMA 4X housings. Several of STI Pressure Sensor housings are weather resistant. Other options include, auto off, peak hold, visual and active alarms, tare, and rear port.
