The FP-X Panasonic PLC offers a set of features and functions that rivals all the competition. With processor speeds of 0.32 usec and 32K of program memory, the FP-X is suitable to replace both small and expensive high speed PLCs. The FP-X comes with built-in 24v sensor power supply, removable terminal strips and relay outputs. The FP-X is directly powered by AC input. The expandability is endless. There are communication, analog, discrete I/O, and motion expansions. The FP-X Panasonic PLCs can also use all the expansions available in the FP0 series PLC.

Toshiba's S2E/S2T PLC controllers are small, modular type programmable controllers suitable for simple relay replacement all the way to complex control applications. The Toshiba PLCs S2E/S2T are 3rd generation T2 Series CPUs used with V-Series racks, I/O, and power supplies. The S2E/S2T provides a functional, economical, and compact solution to a wide range of applications in automotive, machine control, and process control systems. The S2E/S2T Toshiba Controllers excel at applications where high speed processing is required. The programming tool for the S2E/S2T is the T-PDS MS Windows based programming software. Any Toshiba T-Series program can be loaded and run without any program conversion. Any HMI, OIS, or Scada software used with the T-Series is also compatible.

The new AC500 ABB PLC consists of different devices that can be combined and flexibly expanded to suit the customer's individual requirements. It is also possible, for instance, to operate several field buses simultaneously in any desired combination with a single control system. Customers can choose between different CPU performance classes, which can even be easily replaced subsequently to meet increasing requirements. The common engineering tool ABB PLC AC500 Control Builder provides standardized programming of the entire platform according to IEC 61131-3, as well as further features and utilities.

With the combination of Aromat NAiS FP Sigma and A4 Series Servo Drive, you can do real 2 axis motion control. With the new accurate thermocouple input unit and Panasonic's accurate unique PID and IPD algorithm, you can control temperature easier, and more accurately than ever. Version 2 of the CPU also has an additional expansion port on the left side of the unit. It will allow you to connect up to 4 units of 64 I/O expansion units (32 DC in , 32 Tr out: All outputs are short circuit protected).
