MOVITRAC LTE B Drive
The MOVITRAC LTE-B range consists of a series of products in 3 physical sizes designed to provide
cost-effective, easy-to-use drives for 3-phase induction motors in the power range 0.37 kW to 7.5 kW.
The MOVITRAC LTE-B uses open loop voltage and frequency control to regulate the speed of the motor. Digital
control is combined with the latest IGBT power semiconductor technology to provide a compact, robust solution for general purpose
drive applications. The product is designed for ease of use and installation, together with simple programming and commissioning
thereby minimizing the overall costs of a drive solution.

MOVITRAC LTP Drive
The functionality of the digital inputs within the MOVITRAC LTP is user programmable. The IP55 / NEMA 12 housing is protected against moisture and dust. Therefore,
the drives can be operated indoors under harsh conditions. MOVITRAC LTP units have a built in braking transistor which can be
used with an external braking resistor to convert re-generated energy from the motor into thermal energy. This braking circuit is
generally needed for applications with a fast deceleration ramp or with a high inertia load. Line chokes are also used to protect
the power input circuits of the MOVITRAC LTP against voltage spikes which might originate from lightening strikes or other
equipment on the same supply.

MOVITRAC LTX Drive
The MOVITRAC LTP universal inverter with LTX servo module provides two motor operating modes. Servo closed
loop, and asynchronous motors can be operated. The MOVITRAC LTX universal servo inverter is based on a MOVITRAC LTP-B, which is
additionally equipped with the optional LTX servo module. The result is an inverter for universal use with all the required motion
control functions, high power density, and simple operation. MOVITRAC LTX is basically available in two sizes for 1x / 3x AC 230 V
and covers a power range of up to 5.5 kW. MOVITRAC LTX is easy to use, saves time during startup and is cost-optimized for its field
of application.

MOVITRAC LTP-B Drive
MOVITRAC LTP-B frequency inverters are usually operated with braking resistors. The braking resistors can also
be installed in the housing of the units. The braking resistors can reach a surface temperature of 70 °C to 250 °C. MOVITRAC LTP-B
units can be installed side by side. This gives adequate ventilation space between them. If the MOVITRAC LTP-B is to be installed
above another drive or any other heat-producing device, the minimum vertical spacing is 150 mm. The switch cabinet should either
be force-ventilated or large enough to allow natural cooling. Motors with an internal over-temperature sensor (TF, TH or similar)
can be connected directly to the MOVITRAC LTP-B. A trip will then be displayed on the drive.
