 HL-G1 Series |
The HL-G1 Series is a compact, self-contained laser displacement sensor that features a built-in
controller and digital display. Its miniature size and high-flex cable set allows for usage on a moving apparatus providing
high resolution measurement in process level applications. With available features such as RS-422/RS-485 communication,
current and voltage analog signals, and three bi-polar discrete outputs, the HL-G1 series provides a full complement of I/O
options.
A built-in digital display allows for complete configuration and programming directly on the unit itself.
This eliminates the need for an exclusive controller or other external peripheral. The HL-G1 series has a compact size of
just 60 x 57 x 20.4mm (2.362 x 2.244 x 0.803 in). This equals the size of our previous model, all without the need for a
controller.

 HL-C2 Series |
With the accumulated know-how in measurement technology together with the newest digital technology,
SUNX has developed the industry's cutting edge HL-C2 series to attend to every need from short to mid sensing range. Small
beam spot works best for minuscule sensing objects such as connector leg pins or limited measuring positions.
Linear beam spot is best suited for metal's cutting surface or surface that has patterns which may cause
diffuse reflection. Selecting a suitable sensor may be difficult depending on the surface of the object. Even under such
conditions, with just one sensor head setup mode can be selected while assuring stable sensing operation.

 HL-T1 Series |
SUNX HL-T1 series of laser collimated beam sensors combines extremely compact sensor heads with a
high-functionality intelligent controller. Three sensor heads are available from the long-range, small beam width
HL-T1001(A/F) to the wide beam HL-T1010(A/F). All are available in a class 1 or FDA approved class 2 laser. With a 4-micron
resolution and an 8-micron minimum object diameter, the HL-T1 series offers incredibly high precision for positioning and
measurement applications. An optional side-view attachment provides ease and simplicity in mounting the sensor head.
SUNX HL-T1 controller features an easy to see dual digital display with a convenient four-key layout for
simple control. Three types of teaching functions have been integrated including: single level, two level and fully automatic
teaching. Using the optional HL-AC1-CL calculation unit, two sensors can be connected together to enable addition or
subtraction functions. This is perfect for sheet width measurement applications. The analog output is selectable between
current or voltage and HI/LO/GO outputs are integrated as well (available as PNP or NPN).

 GP-X Series |
SUNX GP-X series of inductive displacement sensors provides an ultra high-speed, accurate measurement
solution for all of your metallic applications. A 0.02% F.S. resolution and 0.3% F.S. linearity allow for the sensor to
distinguish even the smallest of changes. This sensor is also usable on high-speed manufacturing lines due to its ultra
high-speed 25 microsecond sampling speed. Six types of sensor heads are available from the ultra compact GP-X3SE (3.8mm
diameter) to the long sensing range GP-X12ML (5mm sensing range). Also, all sensor heads are IP67g rated, so they are
suitable for use in the most demanding environments. A one-touch connector simplifies sensor hook-up and cable extensions
are available for up to a 10m total length.

 LD Series |
SUNX LD series of laser edge detection sensors offers high-accuracy measurement using a red semiconductor
laser and CCD receiver combination. Both are mounted to the same body ensuring accurate alignment out of the box. The laser
element is available in either a class 1 or 2 type. Stable sensing over a long period of time has been achieved by integrating a
shade correction function that compensates for any receiver sensitivity variation and generates a uniform sensitivity
distribution. Four sensing methods are available including edge and width measurements in either light or dark mode.

 HL-C1 Series |
SUNX HL-C1 series of laser displacement sensors provides a high-speed, stable measurement solution for a
wide variety of applications. Its compact design significantly reduces the needed installation space, all while including
capability for two sensor heads, and an integrated RS-232C port for communication with a
PC. An available touch-screen console unit provides a convenient panel
mount solution that allows for full control of the controller's settings. Because two heads can be used at once, thickness
measurements have never been easier. The HL-C1 series also incorporates many useful functions, including hold functions,
calculation functions, filter functions, and a hysteresis setting function that facilitate simple usage across numerous
applications.

 LH-50 Series |
SUNX LH-50 series of LED displacement sensors provide a high precision alternative to laser based
systems. A safe, red LED light source is used to achieve a resolution as high as 2 micrometers with a beam spot of 1.6mm or
less (LH-54). The three available sensor heads are compact and lightweight, allowing for easy installation in tight areas.
Three controller types are available for optimum coverage of applications. The general purpose, LH-CL6(P), allows for simple
and basic functionality while the high-function type, LH-CS6(P) offers advanced control using built-in functions. The LH-CD6(P)
expands on this control by adding support for a second sensor head, making it simple to perform actions such as thickness
measurements.

 LM10 Series |
SUNX LM10 series of Laser Displacement Switches provides a
low cost displacement solution while maintaining high-precision. With up to a 1 micron resolution and a +/- 0.2% F.S.
linearity, the LM10 does not give up ability for price. Class 1 or 2 laser diodes are available and in addition to one
analog output (voltage or current), a discrete comparator is built-in as well (single or window). Nine sensor heads are
available from the high-resolution ANR1250 (1 micron) to the long range ANR1226 (250 +/- 150mm measuring range).

 GP-A Series |
SUNX The GP-A series of inductive displacement sensors provide accurate measurement of metallic object
displacement with a resolution of 0.04% F.S and a linearity of 0.5% F.S. Both the amplifier and the sensor heads also exhibit
excellent temperature characteristics as well. These features coupled with the IP67g rating of the sensor heads enable
incredibly stable performance in the most demanding environments. Five types of sensor heads are available for integration in a
wide array of applications.
The compact amplifier is equipped with several advanced features such as zero-adjustment, shift adjustment,
and span adjustment functions. This allows for simple integration with your application. The amplifier is also equipped with
convenient indicators to alert the user of faults or if the sensor is out of range. One analog output is provided and is
available in 1-5V or 4-20mA ranges.

 LA-300 Series |
SUNX LA-300 series of LED collimated beam sensors provides a compact, safe alternative to laser diode
types. The compact size of the sensor heads allows for versatile placement in your machine. Two sensor heads are available with
a maximum sensing range of 500mm with a 10mm wide beam (LA-310). Beam alignment is simplified by incorporating a 3-stage
stability indicator along with a target label for accurate positioning of the incident light beam. Two comparative outputs
(NPN or PNP) and one analog output (1 to 5V) are integrated for simple configuration. Also, shift and span adjustments of the
analog output are possible with the controller.

 LA Series |
SUNX LA series of laser collimated beam sensors is a safe and precise solution to your detection needs.
Utilizing an FDA approved class 1 laser diode, extra protective measures are not required. The wide sensing area of 15mm x
500mm, coupled with a 10 micron repeatability, provides ample precision and range for most positioning or detecting
applications. Versatile mounting options are also available, such as the side view attachment for tight mounting conditions.
Laser alignment has been simplified by using four LED indicators to determine correct axial positioning. The LA-C1 controller
offers a simple digital display along with an auto-reference function and two operation modes: Hystersis mode and window
comparator mode.
