The KMG Series
product family has been designed as an engineered solution for motor failures due to the reflected wave phenomenon. As Pulse Width
Modulated (PWM) Drives are incorporated into various applications and processes, the increased energy savings and decreased
maintenance on Drives can be offset by increases in Motor failures. As wire length or carrier frequency increases, the overshoot
peak voltage also increases.

is needed, which translates into simplified installation and no electrical energy wasted as heat. The ACS800-U11 is a wall-mounted
drive equipped with an active supply unit. It offers a full performance regenerative drive in one compact package. The drive has
extensive selection of built in features and options. The power ratings start from 7.5 Hp heavy-duty rating and go up to 125 Hp
continuous rating.

The FPC5010e is the latest advancement for the SAFTRONICS HVAC VFD/Bypass offering. The standard hand-off-automatic
pushbuttons allow for easy control during commissioning, operation and maintenance while a graphical bypass display gives the
operator system status at a glance. An integral alarm display provides quick and concise diagnostic capabilities. Programmable
features include Fire mode (Stop or purge), Automatic transfer to bypass on VFD fault and Damper control mode.
Programmable features are settable by DIP switch. No external programmer is necessary.

SAFTRONICS FPC10 offers the HVAC industry the best combination of size, cost and performance making it
one of the best VFD values today. The FPC10 includes a SAFTRONICS' C10 Vector VFD with a standard 3% equivalent reactor offering
exceptional efficiency with low harmonic distortion. Because the FPC10 is pre-packaged in a NEMA 1, NEMA 1 forced vent or NEMA
3R ventilated enclosure, it allows low cost installtion with minimum space requirements. The FPC10 is UL 508A approved and
offers features commonly listed in many engineering specifications. Included in the package is SAFTRONICS LCD enhanced C10
keypad for annunciation of drive faults and operating information, such as speed, current, load and KW.

SAFTRONICS HR1018 is the answer to harmonics. Built to exceed the requirements of IEEE-519, the HR1018 is
an 18 pulse VFD package which is available with optional three (3) contactor bypass configuration. The HR1018 includes the
powerful GP10 - Vector AC Drive with an integrally mounted 18 pulse transformer providing exceptional efficiency and low
harmonic distortion. pre-packaged in a single NEMA 1, NEMA 12 or NEMA 3R enclosure, the HR1018 offers low installation and
commissioning cost with minimal wall / floor space in power sizes to 800 Horsepower.

The TowerPak targets SAFTRONICS Innovation at Cooling Tower / Fluid Cooling applications. With the
GP10 - Vector AC Drive as its foundation, the TowerPak is built in a NEMA 3R enclosure with Thermostatically controlled Space
Heater and an optional Sun Shield. Complete control is available with standard options including a Water Temperature
Controller, Basin Heater contactor, Fluid Cooler spray pump starter, Damper & De-icing Control and more. TowerPak is
available at 208 - 230 / 460 Volts in power sizes to 150 Hp in VFD with disconnect configurations.
