Featuring optimal 3-stage charging characteristics and the automated derating capability for charging current under high ambient temperature, these intelligent chargers will quickly and efficiently feed your hungry batteries and ensure the lifetime of them in the same time. With the optional passive PFC function, PB-300 and PB-360 Mean Well Power Supplies can comply with the harmonic requirement per EN61000-3-2 which has been requested by more and more countries in the world.

Meanwell power supplies PB-300 and PB-360 come with IEC320-C14, 3 pole AC inlet, as the standard AC input and possesses an ON/OFF power switch that are very convenient for the usage of household or general consumers. Turck Sensors' BL67 line of modular I/O is now available with Ethernet gateways, augmenting the current available gateways DeviceNet, PROFIBUS DP and CANopen. The Turck BL67 Ethernet gateways interface with Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP. The Ethernet protocol (TCP and IP) is used to exchange time critical application information between industrial devices such as sensors and actuators, or complex devices like robots and programmable logic controllers. Turck BL67 gateways are designed to interface modular fieldbus nodes to the higher level Ethernet fieldbus. Turck BL67's Ethernet gateways coordinate the entire I/O data exchange and generate detailed diagnostic information for the control platform. Ethernet networks use an active star topology in which groups of devices are connected to a switch. Products with 10 and 100 Mbit/s transmission speeds can be used in the same network and most Ethernet switches will negotiate the speed automatically, such as Turck's SE-44 type industrial Ethernet switches.

Turck's BL67 systems consist of a gateway, base modules and electronic modules. I/O modules are configured independent of the fieldbus protocol, and up to 32 electronic modules and 256 digital or 64 analog I/O modules may be connected to a system. An M12, D-coded connector is used for fieldbus connection. All base Interlink BT Modules are available with quick-disconnect M8, M12 and 7/8-16UN connectors to eliminate wiring errors and reduce wiring time and expense. BL67 is IP 67 rated, and DIN rail or flange mountable without the need for a protective enclosure. All Turck BL67 systems include I/Oassistant software to configure engineering, parameter set-up, documentation, commissioning and diagnostic functions for on/offline usage.

Weidmuller RockStar Heavy Duty Connectors

Weidmuller introduces a new generation of robust rectangular connectors: RockStar. Innovative details include a high-quality die-cast aluminum housing with a stainless-steel locking system as standard, a high-quality multi-layered surface sealing, as well as laser-etched identification marking. With these standard features, RockStar housings are suitable for corrosive environments and are ideal for industrial applications. They are available in versions with IP65 and the newly rated IP69k protection class ratings. Additionally, RockStar housings are the only ones that fulfill the NEMA 250-1991, Type 4X standard. With integrated insulation strips, all housings are designed for high voltage applications.

RockStar portfolio features four different types of housings such as, hood style, coupling, bulkhead and base. The standard housings are available in both "standard" and "high" profile designs and are formatted with either side or end locking levers. A stainless steel omega spring is used in the side locking system to ensure a reliable locking mechanism that prevents accidental openings. The locking system has been tested to both vibration and shock resistant norms. The innovative design of the RockStar housings also means that the customary threaded sleeve sockets for cable gland insertion is a thing of the past. Each RockStar housing features additional integrated threads, so that there are no restrictions on the type of cable gland that can be used. The users choose the preferred gland for their applications. Five connection systems are available including screw clamp, tension clamp, crimp, axial screw, and the new push-in direct connection. RockStar Weidmuller Rectangular Connectors are the only ones on the market today offering push-in direct connection, which provides additional time savings in design and installation labor. All of the materials used for inserts and housings are free from toxic substances, complying with existing and planned international guidelines.
