Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant
Job Description: This is an immediate opening for an experienced, hands-on, Full-Charge
Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant with complete responsibility for the day-to-day accounting function for a small, dynamic,
professional, and growing firm. Clearwater Technologies is a small, professional, fast-paced, and aggressive global distributor
of high- and low-tech industrial products working with an extensive factory automation and process-control product line comprised
of 30+ domestic and international vendors/factories. This individual will be a key member of the team, so only applicants who

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 10 years of overall business experience with a minimum of 6 years of full-charge bookkeeping,
accounting-specific experience in small business accounting in an inventory-intensive operation
- Extensive working experience with Great Plains, MAS 90, CYMA, or equivalent major accounting software and
inventory-tracking systems
- Qualified candidates will be highly organized with actual, extensive, day-to-day experience with standard accounting and
office processes as well as A/P, A/R, GL and purchase-order reconciliation, payroll, managing inventory, taxes,
financial-statement preparation, workers' compensation, employee medical insurance, state and federal reporting requirements,
and month-end and year-end closings.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is a plus but is not required provided that appropriate equivalent work experience
has been demonstrated.
OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively identify, research, and resolve order, inventory, purchase order, and other discrepancies
quickly and accurately whenever needed.
- Incumbent maintains external relationships with banking and investment entities, financial, and systems consultants,
and serves as point of contact regarding all forms of insurance.
- Solid experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and other business software
- Must be highly motivated and able to adapt to new situations and information quickly, exercising good judgment.
- Takes initiative to identify and address problems.
- This position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong customer-service
skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
