Also, the supplied air pressure or the setup distance does not affect the ion balance, so installation is quick and easy.

The dual nozzle design of SUNX ER-VW incorporates a nozzle angle adjustment feature for optimal placement and targeting of your ion flow. Up to five units can be easily connected together allowing for the use of one air line and power supply for a series of units. Also, with a low air flow minimum or 15 l/min, air usage is much lower than with conventional units.

Static electricity cannot be seen with the eye, so measurement of surface potentials while the production line is running using SUNX EF-S1 series provides a new way to assess its levels accurately so that it can be constantly managed. The EF-S1 has two detection ranges: +/- 1kV or +/- 2kV. This provides ample room to judge the level at which the target is charged.

The sensor amplifier is equipped with an easy to read dual Digital Display for quick determination of both the set point and the running value. The lightweight and compact sensor head offers simple placement in areas that are tight on space. Dual discrete NPN outputs are incorporated and can be used independently or together in the window comparator mode. Also, a 1 to 5 V analog output is provided for use with data logging equipment and PLC interfacing. Integrated functions also include 0-adjust, hysteresis settings, and peak value hold options that enhance the utilization of the sensor.
