The CY series of photoelectric sensors has an M18 thread size for convenient mounting. Thrubeam, diffuse reflective, and retro-reflective types allow for a wide range of applicable uses. They are available in AC and DC types with three output options (NPN, PNP, or Thyristor). A pigtailed type sensor with an M12 connector is also available, providing an easy to replace option.

Its IP67 construction allow for installation in tough environments and can be washed down with water. In addition, it has strong resistance against vibration. The connector also has IP67 protection. Convenient options such as the side-view attachment and slit masks enhance the usability of the CY series.

The EQ-30 series of photoelectric sensors provides a compact body with adjustable long-range detection up to a 1m distance. All types are IP67 rated for use in the most demanding environments. By incorporating a two-segment photodiode as the receiving element, detection can be made regardless of color or background. A built-in interference function provides the ability to mount two sensors in close proximity or even facing each other.

This helps to simplify sensor mounting and enhances detection ability. A mechanical two-turn adjuster is provided along with a useful indicator that shows the set distance at a glance. Options include M12 quick-disconnect versions as well a dual-output EQ-34W, which allows for the setting of upper and lower limits for your application.

The EQ-500 series of photoelectric sensors provides a long-range diffuse reflective solution that is suitable for applications where it is not feasible to get close to the sensing object. The sensor is impervious to changes in an object's angle, gloss, or even color, so you get an accurate detection every time. Built in an IP-67 rated enclosure, the EQ-500 series is also good for use in harsh environments. The sensing range is easily adjustable to a maximum of 2.5m (1m version also available). There are two main product types available:

• Multi-voltage type
• DC-voltage type

The EX-10 series is one of the smallest sensors on the market today. The ultra small size allows for mounting in the smallest areas. The size is achieved by locating all of the electronics and controls in an in-line amplifier. A bright 2-color indicator on the sensor head allows for quick determination of the sensor state.

The EX-10 series is also equipped with a 0.5ms response time for high-speed detection and an IP-67 rated housing for wash-down environments. The mounting options available include a front sensing type as well as a side sensing type. Each type has two, metal reinforced M3 mounting holes for stable sensor placement. All types are available as either Light ON or Dark ON and PNP or NPN.

The EX-20 series reaches the pinnacle of sensor miniaturization. By fabricating the photodiode and the A/D conversion circuit on the same chip, SUNX has achieved one of the smallest built-in amplifier sensors in the world. With integrated sensitivity adjustment, the EX-20 series is great for use as an all-purpose sensor. Even though the sensor is extremely small, the sensing distance is not compromised. Up to a 2m detection distance is possible with the thrubeam type, 200mm with the retro-reflective type, and 160mm for the diffuse reflective type.

A visible red beam spot allows for easy confirmation of alignment. Also, the LED used in the EX-20 series provides a high-power, narrow beam that can produce a spot as small as 1mm in diameter. This is great for the detection of small objects such as chip components or wires.

The EX-30 series of photoelectric sensors offers a fresh new alternative to Traditional Fiber Optic Switches. Unparalleled in its ease of installation, this sensor is highly effective for basic production line sensing.

The design of this sensor has been simplified to offer a fully integrated solution in a package that only needs one anchor point. The sensing element is threaded to allow mounting through a 4 or 6mm size hole by utilizing a "nut and bolt" type screw mount. The sensing axis is the same as the center of the mounting hole, making placement on your assembly line incredibly easy.

The EX-F1 is a Liquid Level Sensor with an Integrated Amplifier, thus there is no need to install a separate amplifier. Just attach it to a tube with two tying bands. The position can be easily changed with the release lever even after mounting, so that there is no need to cut the tying bands.

Either Light-ON or Dark-ON can be selected by a switch. This is useful to check the operation during installation because it forces the output to be turned ON or OFF even without the liquid being inside the pipe. The built-in output indicator allows for quick verification of the output condition.

The EX-F70/F60 series of leak detection sensors offer a unique and reliable method of protecting your equipment against leaks. Using a capillary effect, the sensor utilizes the change in refractive index to detect small leaks and viscous liquids. The built-in amplifier sensor offers a compact design, and is available in general purpose (water detection) and chemical-resistant types.

A convenient LED indicator allows for simple verification of fault conditions. There is no need for sensitivity adjustments, and two simple mounting bracket styles facilitate simple installation.

The EZ-10 series is a reliable and versatile water detection sensor. The powerful beam of the EZ-10 allows for the beam to pass through translucent containers (PFA tanks, etc.) as well as opaque containers (shampoo bottles, etc.). It is also possible to set the sensitivity so that water drops, bubbles in the water, or froth on the water surface are not detected.

Several sensors can be mounted adjacently by using optional slit masks. A quick-connect version is available for simple connection and disconnection of the sensor. Also, Light-ON or Dark-ON operation can be selected. The sensor can be hosed down because of its IP67 construction and the non-corrosive stainless steel sensor mounting bracket.

The NX5 series of photoelectric sensors offers a free ranging voltage input along with a 1 form c relay output. Almost any power supply can be used due to the 24-240VAC / 12-240VDC input voltage capabilities of this sensor. It's long range sensing up to 30m makes this series an extremely versatile sensor.

Also, the NX5 series maintains a compact size and ensures high-reliability by having an IP66 rated body and a hermetically sealed relay output. Sensor alignment is simple by using the operation and stability indicators, and interference prevention filters are available for close mounting of two sensors.

The PM-64 series sensor incorporates a built-in connector, which realized large space-saving compared to the conventional model. Commercial connector is employed to increase availability and reliability of connection. Six different types of sensors are selectable depending on the place of installment. The connector connection type eliminates the extra work of soldering and insulation processing. In addition, the connector used is acommercially-available multi-purpose connector which is also currently used by the DP-100 Series of Digital Pressure Switches.

The RT-610 series is a highly robust U-shaped photoelectric sensor that is suitable for your positioning or cut-mark sensing needs. Because the emitter and receiver are built into the same body, optical axis alignment is not necessary. The die-cast housing provides protection against external objects that could damage the sensor.

Three models are available from a 10mm sensing area up to a 50mm area. Furthermore, several LED types are available for optimal placement in your application (Red, Green, or Infrared).

The VF series is a multi-voltage photoelectric sensor with a convenient terminal block that offers quick and easy connection. Because of the free-range voltage input, this series can be used with a power supply from 24 to 240 VAC or 12-240VDC. The VF series is characterized by long sensing distances up to 10m and has three available built-in timer functions for simple output control.

Three sensing styles are represented by the VF series: diffuse reflective, retro-reflective, and thrubeam. Also, the VF-PRM3 sensor utilizes polarized optics for specialized detection of shiny objects. All types contain one form a relay output.

Reliable object detection in limited area. Due to convergent distance sensing, the color or material of the object has almost no effect. Further, the background also has very little effect, enabling stable sensing. The spot-beam type SUNX EX-43T is incorporated with an OFF-delay timer. The variable OFF-delay timer is useful for detecting a printed circuit board regardless of small holes, cutouts or electronic parts on it.

Due to its IP67 construction, there is no problem even if water splashes on the sensor, as on a food processing line.

The RX series of photoelectric sensors provides a rugged solution to your sensing needs. The robust, die-cast zinc alloy body is IP67 rated for use in harsh environments. The RX4 provides further enhancements by offering an IP67g rated enclosure that is resistant to oil and utilizes protective tubing on the cabling.

Three sensing styles are available: diffuse reflective, thrubeam, and retro-reflective with long range types up to 50m. Two and three wire versions are available as well as an intelligent type that contains a self-diagnosis function that detects circuit failure.

The RX-LS200 series of photoelectric sensors provides an adjustable range, fixed-focus solution for accurate detection of various targets. The sensor is not affected by dust, color, or background due to the fixed distance detection receiving element.

The die-cast, zinc alloy, IP67 body provides robust protection against external factors and an optional protective tubing sleeve provides protection for the wiring. Also, with a fast response of 1ms, this sensor is suitable for high-speed production lines.

The SU-7/SH series of photoelectric sensors is a slim, compact separate amplifier detection solution for a wide range of applications. The 10mm thick slim amplifier offers simple, easy to use automatic threshold setting. Nine advanced functions are also available such as limit sensitivity setting and sensitivity shift as we well as an array of external control options and timing delays. Also, interference prevention is possible for two sensor heads to be mounted in close proximity with each other. One control output is built-in to the amplifier (NPN or PNP).

The SS-A5 series of photoelectric sensors provides a manual setting separate amplifier solution for your sensing applications. An integrated dual adjuster allows for fine and coarse threshold settings. An off-delay timer as well as a self-diagnosis output is integrated for advanced sensor control. Also, interference prevention is possible for two sensor heads to be mounted in close proximity with each other.

The FX-7 amplifier performs precise and accurate sensing 8 times greater than a conventional model. It can be used not only to detect the presence of an object, but also to discriminate color, or find a thin film overlap.
