The SUNX DP-100 series contains the same functionality of units 3 times its price, all with the superior SUNX quality that is recognized worldwide. Two distinct pressure ranges are available, one for high pressure and one for low pressure. Both feature compound pressure sensing (positive and vacuum pressures) for maximum compatibility with your applications. The series offers the option of either dual discrete outputs or one discrete output and one analog output. The discrete outputs in either type are available in either NPN or PNP. Three built-in output modes give the user enhanced control to tailor the sensor to the specific needs of their application.

SUNX FM-200 Series is a bi-directional digital flow sensor for use with air or Nitrogen gas. It offers high precision detection in an ultra small package, thanks to the utilization of MEMS technology. The series covers a wide range of flow rates and has a wide range of I/O options standard, such as dual discrete outputs, an analogvoltage output, and an external input.

The DP5 series of SUNX digital pressure sensors offers a separate head design for unparalleled ability to be installed in tight locations. Offering a quick connect style design, users can select from 2, 5, and 10 meter cable lengths are well as optional high flex cable for use on moving applications. The easy mounting pressure head features a free-turning pressure port, which helps in installation and allows for positioning in any direction. Also integrated into the pressure head is an easy to read LED indicator so that the ON/OFF condition can be checked without requiring that the user look at the amplifier. A total of 10 different heads are available with various options for port size and pressure range.

Thanks to its ultraminiature design and fast response time of only 1ms, SUNX DPH series is setting a new standard for industrial pressure sensors. This enables them to be used in dynamic applications, where it is necessary to avoid long supply lines to the pressure connection and highly variable air pressure has to be measured/monitored quickly and with great accuracy. The standard model DPH pressure sensors have an M5 threaded connection for the compressed air supply and a cable with a plug-in connector.

The DP4 series of SUNX digital pressure sensors is designed for easy integration. The lightweight, compact design allows for quick and simple panel mounting with a usable panel thickness of 1 to 6mm. Wiring has also been simplified by incorporating a snap-fit connector. The DP4 is supplied with a panel mount bracket, but other brackets are available for DIN rail mounting. Three pressure ranges are available for the DP4 series:

• Vacuum Pressure: 0 to -101.2kPa
• Positive Pressure: 0 to 1MPa
• Compound Pressure: -100kPa to 100kPa

The DP3 series of SUNX pressure sensors offers a high-resolution, high-speed, and high-accuracy solution for all of your pressure sensing needs. A 2.5ms response time is achieved with excellent repeatability and temperature characteristics. A 10mm red LED display allows for good visibility in bright and dim ambient conditions. Simple key setup allows for quick initialization and threshold value settings. The display can be changed between six pressure units, allowing flexibility in many applications. The DP3 series incorporates 2 comparative outputs (NPN or PNP) as well as one analog output.

Several integrated output modes on SUNX DP2 High-Performance Digital Pressure Sensors allow for enhanced usability:

• Hysteresis Mode - Offers free-range hystersis control for optimal hysteresis setting.
• Window Comparator Mode - This output mode provides a user determined pressure window in which the output is either ON or OFF. This is perfect for applications in which there are high and low pressure limits.
• Dual-Output Mode - Allows for outputs to act individually to control separate tasks.
• Automatic Sensitivity Setting Mode - Offers automatic threshold setting when presented with OK and NG conditions.

The DP-M series of SUNX pressure sensors is suitable for applications where a pressure differential is to be observed. Its dual pressure port design allows for simple determination of conditions such as: air filter clogs and liquid level. A bright, easy to see LED display, and easy menu settings allow for user-friendly control. Also, the display can be configured to display either kPa or mmH2O pressure units. Output options include a single NPN transistor output and an available model with one NPN and one analog output. With a 0.01kPa.D resolution and an accuracy of 0.1% F.S., the DP-M is a high-precision, high-resolution unit.

By the adoption of the diffuse type semiconductor transducer, SUNX PE series pressure sensor has the fullest trust & the long life. With the Bourdon's tube, the pointer used to blow for a use where the original pressure fluctuation is extreme, but with PE series there will be no problem. Also, you can easily read out the pressure value because the red LED lined up in a fan shape will light up in turn.
