 SUNX Fiber Optic Sensors |
SUNX FX-100 series' ultra-slim design features a 9mm width and integrated mounting holes for installation in
any application. The four chemical, visible red LED used for the emitter ensures long life operation and high-powered sensing. This
sensor incorporates a dual digital display for simple setup, along with automatic Push-Button teaching and external input
capabilities.
Advanced functions including threshold tracking, Timers, LED attenuation, and interference prevention allow
SUNX FX-100 to compete with fiber optic units that are twice its price. The connection options for SUNX FX-100 series consist of
an industry standard M8 quick disconnect along with an option that utilizes the same quick connect cable found in the SUNX DP-100
and PM series. |

 SUNX Photoelectric Sensors |
The CX-400 series of SUNX Photoelectric Sensors is a wide-ranging lineup of 116 different models. Built
to IP-67 standards, the CX-400 series is designed for the most demanding environments. There are also models that are
specifically designed for resistance to oil, coolant, or ethanol. The CX-400 series is compact in size (W11.2mm x H31.0mm x
D20.0mm) with a world standard mounting pitch of 25.4mm. Wiring options include a M8 quick disconnect, M12 quick disconnect, or
built-in wire type with a length of 0.5mm, 2m, or 5m.

 SUNX Micro Photoelectric Sensors |
SUNX PM-64 series sensor incorporates a built-in connector, which realized large space-saving compared to
the conventional model. Commercial connector is employed to increase availability and reliability of connection. Six different
types of sensors are selectable depending on the place of installment. The connector connection type eliminates the extra work
of soldering and insulation processing. In addition, the connector used is acommercially-available multi-purpose connector
which is also currently used by the DP-100 Series Of Digital Pressure Sensors.
|
 SUNX Digital Pressure Sensors |
The SUNX DP-100 series contains the same functionality of units 3 times its price, all with the superior
SUNX quality that is recognized worldwide. Two distinct pressure ranges are available, one for high pressure and one for low
pressure. Both feature compound pressure sensing (positive and vacuum pressures) for maximum compatibility with your applications.
The series offers the option of either dual discrete outputs or one discrete output and one analog output. The discrete outputs in
either type are available in either NPN or PNP. Three built-in output modes give the user enhanced control to tailor the sensor to
the specific needs of their application. |
 SUNX Laser Sensors |
SUNX LS series of Laser Sensors provides stable sensing for all of your high-precision, long-range
application needs. With 6 different sensing heads to choose from, wide beam (200mm), as well as tight beam spot (0.3mm) versions
are available for use in a wide array or applications. FDA approved, class 1 and class 2 lasers are available. The coaxial
retro-reflective long range sensing head provides sensing at up to 30-meter distances. With the LS series, SUNX has focused
their design efforts on creating the most user-friendly laser sensor on the market. |
 SUNX Color Mark Sensors |
SUNX LX-100 series of digital Color Mark Sensors utilizes 3 LED elements (Red, Green, and Blue) offering
high precision sensing of any color marking. A four digit digital display allows for user-friendly setting and monitoring of
sensor settings. Six easy-to-see indicators surround the main display allowing quick and easy confirmation of the operating mode.
Also, the threshold value can be conveniently checked at the touch of a button. One-level, two-level and fully automatic teaching
methods are available with an option of external teaching if the sensor is not easily accessible. |
 SUNX Proximity Sensors |
The GA-311 series of SUNX Inductive Proximity Sensors provides a high performance solution in a
full-featured separate amplifier configuration. With a 3.3kHz response frequency, the GA-311 series is suitable for high-speed
metal sensing applications. All of the sensor heads are IP67g rated, so they are resilient in harsh environments including
water, oil, dust, or dirt. Sensor heads range from the ultra small GH-2SE, with a 2.8mm diameter, to the long range GH-F8SE,
with a detecting distance of 4mm.
|
 SUNX Static Ionizers |
SUNX ER-VW series of ultra-slim, high-performance ionizers performs highly efficient static removal
using a high-frequency AC method. This method produces an excellent ion balance ensuring that acts to quickly remove static
charge from your work piece. Also, the supplied air pressure or the setup distance does not affect the ion balance, so
installation is quick and easy.
The dual nozzle design of SUNX ER-VW incorporates a nozzle angle adjustment feature for optimal placement
and targeting of your ion flow. Up to five units can be easily connected together allowing for the use of one air line and
Power Supply for a series of units. Also, with a low air flow minimum or 15 l/min, air usage is much lower than with
conventional units.
|
 SUNX Measurement Sensors |
SUNX HL-C1 series of laser displacement sensors provides a high-speed, stable measurement solution for a
wide variety of applications. Its compact design significantly reduces the needed installation space, all while including
capability for two sensor heads, and an integrated RS-232C port for communication with a
PC. An available touch-screen console unit provides a convenient panel
mount solution that allows for full control of the controller's settings. Because two heads can be used at once, thickness
measurements have never been easier. The HL-C1 series also incorporates many useful functions, including hold functions,
calculation functions, filter functions, and a hysteresis setting function that facilitate simple usage across numerous
applications.
