SymCom

Heater element failure, loss of load, peak power loads, and load jams are just a few examples of faults motors may be subjected to. SymCom single-phase and three-phase current monitors provide protection against these load side faults and others when the motor is running.

SymCom Model 520CP-115, 520CP-230 & 520CP-460 3-Phase Current Monitor Distributor

Three-Phase

SymCom three-phase monitors protect against single-phasing and current unbalance problems that can be caused by voltage supply problems, bad contactors, or loose wiring.

They also provide very reliable overload and underload protection. SymCom's Model 520CS is a fully programmable, microcontroller-based, current sensing device designed to monitor 3-phase pumps or systems with ramp up times of up to 50 seconds.

If you are looking for SymCom Current Monitors, please call us on (800) 894 - 0412 or email us at info@clrwtr.com we will do our best to help you find the 3-phase current monitor that you are looking for at the most competitive prices possible. If you are searching for 1-phase current monitor technical information (data-sheets) please use the datasheets or product selection guide page links.

SymCom CP-5-115 & CP-5-460 Single Phase Current Monitors Distributors

Single-Phase

Model CP-5 is an undercurrent monitor designed to monitor one leg of a three phase system. It is commonly used as a tower monitor on center pivot irrigation systems to detect a stalled center pivot.

The CP-5 has both an adjustable trip level and an adjustable trip delay timer. When the current is sensed, the Model CP-5 activates its output relay, thus starting the motor/pump. When the current in the monitored power line falls below the user-selectable trip point, the output relay then goes through the trip delay timer before finally deactivating the relay.

NK Power Monitors

The APS Series kWH power transducers offer an inexpensive way to measure kWH on single and three-phase balanced loads. The APS Series constantly measures motor power consumption, which is proportional to the amount of work being done and an indication of the motor load. Ideal for mixing, grinding, machining and pumping applications where power measurement is needed, the APS Series includes a CT,

ABB Relays

ABB Low Voltage CM-MPS multifunctional 3-phase monitor is able to monitor all phase parameters, such as over and undervoltage, phase sequence, phase loss and phase unbalance. The thresholds for over and undervoltage and phase unbalance can be adjusted as well as a trip time delay which allows short-term suppression of fault signals. The three-phase monitoring relay CM-PFS is able to detect an incorrect phase sequence in three-phase networks.
