 Model ISS-102A-LC |
SymCom's ISS-102A-LC (Latching Controller) is a dual-input, single output (form A), pump
controller with latching/differential logic. Both input channels are compatible with switches (float, pressure, etc.) and
resistive probes (fixed 100kO threshold).
Each input channel is "active" when the corresponding switch is closed (or low resistance is detected, if
using probes). When the LAG input (CH2) is activated, the output contact closes. Following latching/differential logic, the
output contact remains closed until both the LEAD (CH1) and LAG (CH2) inputs are deactivated.
The green RUN LED illuminates when the output relay is energized.

SymCom's ISS-102ACI-MC (Multi-function Controller) is user-configurable as a single or dual-channel
switch, or pump-up/pump-down controller.
The intrinsically-safe inputs are compatible with normally open (N.O.) or normally closed (N.C.) switches,
as well as resistive probes. Input logic can be either direct or inverted. Input debouncing is selectable to either 0.5 or 2
seconds. For pumping applications, differential/latching logic can be selected.
Green LEDs illuminate on the ISS-102AA-DCS when the associated output relay is energized.

SymCom's ISS-102AA-DCS is a dual-channel switch with two form-A output relays. The input resistance
threshold is fixed at 100kO. Each output contact closes upon closure of its associated input switch (input resistance
<100kO). Resistance probes or switches can be used on the inputs.
The ISS-102AA-DCS has a 0.5-second debounce time delay - the output contact will not change states until
a condition exists for 0.5 second - to prevent nuisance actuation and rapid cycling.
Green LEDs illuminate on the ISS-102AA-DCS when the associated output relay is energized.

SymCom's ISS-102CCI-M-MC is user-configurable as a single or dual-channel switch, or pump-up/pump-down
controller, and latching or non-latching relays. The intrinsically-safe inputs are compatible with normally open (N.O.) or
normally closed (N.C.) switches, as well as resistive probes.
The unit's input logic can be either direct or inverted. Input debounce time delay is selectable to either
0.5 or 2 seconds. For pumping applications, differential/latching logic can be selected. Green LEDs illuminate on the
ISS-102CCI-M-MC when the associated output relay is energized. The unit has a 4.7k - 100kO sensitivity adjustment that allows
the user to define the input impedence at which the relays will change state. One of the two Form C relays is isolated and
the other operates off of the units' incoming 120VAC power.

The unit is configurable for pump-up or pump-down applications.

 Model ISS-105 |
SymCom ISS-105 IS Super Cell is a "smart" five-channel intrinsically safe relay and pump controller. The
IS Super Cell can be configured for a wide variety of applications including alternating or non-alternating duplex, duplex
separate pump stop (SPS), triplex, and quadplex applications. It can be set up for pump up or pump down applications or can
be used as a five-channel relay. The IS Super Cell can indicate low, high and out-of-sequence alarms. If an out-of-sequence
alarm occurs, the skipped pump(s) will be started as intended. The IS Super Cell can start an emergency pump once every 50
cycles to keep it working freely. Using the built-in DIP switches, individual pumps can be disabled when taken out of service
for repair or maintenance.

The Model ISS-105-ISO is a 5-channel intrinsically-safe relay switch suitable for applications with switch
inputs in hazardous locations. The five channels operate independently of each other and each input and output relay has an
LED that illuminates when the corresponding input and output relay activates. The relay logic can be inverted from positive
to negative logic, meaning the output relay will close (positive logic) when the corresponding input closes, or the output
relay will open (negative logic) when the corresponding input closes (channels cannot be inverted independently).
The Model ISS-105-ISO comes as a basic 5-channel relay, however three modified versions are available.
The ISS-105-ISO-3 is for 3-channel applications and the ISS-105-ISO-4 is for 4-channel applications.

the ISS-105-ISO-F is for 5-channel applications requiring a faster relay response time after the input is
actuated. The ISS-105-ISO-F relay, powered by 120VAC, is an isolated switch suitable for applications with switch
inputs in a hazardous location. In a powered state, the ISS-105-ISO-F will actuate each output relay within .75 second of
the corresponding input switch closing/opening (dependent on positive/negative logic mode). Each red LED illuminates when
the corresponding output relay is energized. Each green LED illuminates when the corresponding input is closed.
