SymCom Model RM-2000 CBM+ Motor Monitoring Devices Distributors

RM-2000 CBM+

The RM-2000 Coal Bed Methane Special / 777 combination optimizes gas production from coal bed methane wells while protecting the submersible pump. The 777 provides unmatched pump protection while the RM-2000 CBM Special cycles the pump based on pressure measurements from one or two 4-20 mA pressure transducers. Built-in flow meter and RTD signal conditioners provide low cost water output monitoring and blower control features.

The first transducer measures down hole pressure while an optional second transducer can be used to measure annulus pressure (gas pressure). The second transducer corrects head measurements caused by high annulus pressure. The pump is started when the maximum head set point is exceeded and stopped when the minimum head set point is passed. The feet-of-head is displayed in real time with the turn on and turn off head set points. This system is compatible with a wide range of 4-20 mA pressure transducers.

SymCom Model RM-2000-RTDW Motor Monitoring Device Distributor

RM-2000-RTDW

The RM-2000-RTDW motor-monitoring device can be used to monitor and/or control SymCom's Model 777 via an RS-485 Modbus network. Two form C output relays are available for an RTD alarm and a warning alarm. Alarm and trip levels can be set for each RTD to activate the RTD alarm and deactivate the 777 output relay respectively. In addition, the RM-2000-RTDW has two inputs: one to connect to a ground-fault module and the other for connection to a remote reset button.

A second communication port allows monitoring and control of up to 99 RM-2000-RTDW devices from a computer with SymCom's Solutions software, or a PLC, DCS, or SCADA system. The RM-2000-RTDW is environmentally protected and can easily be mounted on the front of a panel or MCC.

Weidmuller Displays

Weidmueller DI350 is a pair of inexpensive 3 1/2 digit displays - one for analogue current (4-20 mA) and the other for voltage (0-10 V) signals, for use in industrial applications. An integrated regulated power supply can be used to supply two-wire transmitters. The decimal point can be moved to any of the positions (1.XXX, 1X.XX, 1XX.X or 1XXX) so that it can display values in any range. The bright seven-segment LEDs are easily visible

NK Current Switches

NK Technologies new ATS Series AC current sensors combine a current operated switch and transducer in a single package. A prominent feature to the new design is its built-in digital display that provides a quick visual indication of where the contact changes, making it the easiest and most accurate setpoint adjustment available. These sensors provide a solid-state contact that changes state when the current exceeds an adjustable
