Limit value monitors - Monitoring of standard current and voltage signals relative to pre-set limit values. This series includes devices with three limit values and versions with current output. Types -SR and -SRi feature a manual teach function, whereas types -R and -Ri are adjustable via a coded rotary switch. FDT/DTM with diagnostic function.

Depending on the device's scope of functions, there are housings with a width of 18 or 27 mm, while they are 104 mm high. All modules may be mounted directly next to each other and can be powered via the power bus. With a universal power supply ranging from 20 to 250 VUC, or 20 or 250 VAC/20 to 125 VDC for the intrinsically safe versions, the new IM modules may be connected to practically all industrial power networks. The universal power supply facilitates device selection, as well as device and spare parts inventory management.

The MK73-R/T/Z22 couplers are used to isolate and condition discrete signals in applications that require high component density. Vertical isolation results in a width of 9 mm per channel. Field circuits are wired to the bottom terminals (1/3 and 2/4). Control circuits are wired to the top terminals (5/7 and 6/8). This configuration simplifies wiring by keeping control and field circuits separate. The couplers are available with relay, transistor or Triac outputs for a wide variety of applications. Transistor outputs are short-circuit and reverse-polarity protected. These devices were designed with minimal options to provide high operational integrity at low cost, making them an ideal interface at the best price/function ratio. A comprehensive range of options is also available for special applications.

This 4 channel intrinsically safe interface device is designed to accommodate four switches or NAMUR proximity sensor inputs or any combination of the two from a hazardous area and repeat the change of state of the field circuits to a control system located in a non-hazardous area. The non-hazardous area outputs are four separate SPST switches reflecting the corresponding change of state from each individual input of the field circuit, to its appropriate corresponding output. A common alarm switch for all four channels is also incorporated.

Power supply with galvanic isolation used to power low power consumers, particularly suited for powering the switching and monitoring devices of TURCK's interfacemodul, multimodul and multisafe series.

The voltage monitor MK83-U24 is designed to monitor 24 VDC supply voltages for overvoltage, undervoltage and ripple. This voltage monitor features two relay outputs (1 NO and 1 NC contact). The switching status is indicated by a green LED: it illuminates, if the voltage levels are correct; it turns off, if there is an error condition.

Selectable line monitoring for wirebreak/short-circuit (ON/OFF mode), galvanic isolation of input circuits, output circuits and supply voltage, rotation speed monitoring for overspeed/ underspeed and window function, operating range between 0.06 to 600000/min, sensor control acc. to EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR), connection of 3-wire sensors and external voltage sources 5 to 30 VDC, 2 relay and one transistor output, pulse divider, current output 0/4 to 20 mA, reversible, pulse output, adjustable analog output in case of input circuit errors FDT/DTM with diagnostic function HART, ring buffer for storing of measured values, removable terminal blocks, universal operating voltage (20 to 250 VAC/ 20 to 125 VDC for Ex-version, 20 to 250 VUC for non-Ex-version).

The 2-channel amplifier relay MS81-221-R/230VAC features relay outputs. Two pnp 3-wire sensors or two NPN 3-Wire Sensors can be Connected to the Input. Control via mechanical contacts is also possible (operation as protective relay). The admissible output current is 50 mA per channel and therefore suitable for use with:

• Capacitive sensors
• Fiber optic sensors
• Ultrasonic sensors
