TURCK Inc. introduces a new expanded line of ring sensors with higher sensitivity, new mounting
features, accessories, housing styles and CE approval. The Q style (rectangular) family has grown with the addition of the
Q80 (114x80x40 mm) housing. The Q80 style is available with a 50 or 65 mm ring diameter.
Specifically, the S32 (175x100x32 mm) large ring sensors have been technically improved and now provide excellent adjustable
sensitivity. The Q style ring sensors and accessories are space saving and easy to mount. With the additional styles and
enhancements to the existing ring sensors, TURCK is able to meet all kinds of application requirements and continue to offer
the broadest sensing product line in the industry.

 FM1 Approved |
The new FM approval standard permits the use of quick disconnect with a lock fast accessory equipped
sensor being used in a Class 1 Div 2, Groups A, B, C, D, as well as sensors with traditional conduit. The ability to use
quick disconnect will enable customer to install sensors faster and at a lower installed cost than traditional conduit
methods.
TURCK also now offer approved cordsets with Eurofast or Minifast Connectors (When Used With a Lokfast Guard).
Sensors can also have a potted in cable. All cables used now have the ITC-ER rating. In addition, all TURCK sensors that are
part of this certification will now carry a sealing rating of IP68, rather than just IP67.

 Rotational Speed Sensors |
TURCK's rotational speed sensors operate by detecting a periodic damping of the integrated inductive
sensor. This is accomplished via metal targets or teeth of the monitored shaft. The pulse sequence generated is compared to
a reference value and If the rotational speed is below the reference value, the output is open (0). If the reference value
is exceeded, the output closes.

 Magnetic |
Since magnet-inductive sensors are actuated by external magnetic fields, they are capable of providing
large operating distances despite a compact housing design. In combination with the actuation magnet DMR31-15-5, the M12
sensor series features a nominal switching distance of 90 mm.

 Angular Tilt Sensors |
TURCK's new dual axis inclinometer sensor for angular tilt detection features compact rectangular
housings, and will sense ±10, ±45, ±60 and ±85 degrees of angular displacement. Inclinometer sensors may be used in a wide
variety of industries to solve unique feedback requirements.

 Magnetic Weld Nut |
TURCK introduces magnetic-inductive sensors for efficient and economic detection of weld nuts. These
innovative sensors use signal attenuation to reliably detect ferromagnetic components such as nuts, bushings and spacer sleeves
and ensure these necessary components are present before robotic welding occurs - with no additional software or electronics
required. TURCK's weld nut sensors are easily integrated into existing production lines, replacing traditional location bolts
and providing an exceptional solution for sheet metal processing in chassis construction.
Weld nut sensors are easily programmed to differentiate between the nut and the sheet metal on which it
is located, by using a teach adapter or by simply shorting the leads.

The housing of TURCK slot sensors is U shaped with the active face between the two arms. The slot sensor
is activated if an object enters its slot. Slot sensors are capable of securely detecting targets whose distance from the
active face is not clearly defined upon side approach.

 Edge Detection |
TURCK has the CK4080 and CK40130 & Q130 inductive proximity edge detection sensors. These sensors
have an exceptional sensing range that makes them ideal for edge sheet detection, stamping processes and can sensing
