Vynckier APO sizes range consists of nine sizes from 7" x 6" to 24" x 24" with varying depths. All Vynckier APO enclosures have the capability to be horizontally or vertically coupled by means of gasketed coupling collars. APO enclosures meet Ingress Protection standard IP67-11 and IP67-9, respectively (NBN C20-001 annex A).

APO enclosures are suitable for wall or pole mounting. These enclosures may easily be modified with conventional tools such as a drill, milling equipment, saw or a punch. Vynckier's APO enclosures are capable of withstanding continuous temperatures up to 302 F (150 C). APO enclosures provide protection for equipment and operators from indirect electrical contact.

• The VJ series is designed in accordance with the Joint Industrial Council (JIC) - USA.
• The VJ range consists of seven box sizes in several versions:
• The bases and covers are made of gray (RAL 7036), hot molded, fiberglass reinforced polyester, dyed in mass. They come complete with UL/CSA-label and 4 threaded inserts for a mounting plate.
• Continuous gaskets made of polyurethane foam guarantee optimal integrity.
• All mounting hardware is made of stainless steel.
• The enclosure can be readily worked with conventional tools, such as drills, mills, saws, punches, etc.
• VJ enclosures are maintenance free and corrosion resistant.

• Modular dimensions in increments of 4 inch, from 12 x 8 inch to 24 x 16 inch.
• Bases and end plates in fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate, with covers in polycarbonate.
• Covers transparent, opaque or DT cover, common design and depth.
• DT cover with double closure system: snap lock and additional fastening with thumb screws.
• Basic design incorporates removable side walls for easy access and wiring.
• Time saving coupling by means of vertical keys, sunk into the corner shafts, eliminating nuts, bolts and coupling frames.
• Accessories include mounting plates, DIN-rail mounting, fixing brackets, dead front cover plates with quarter turn fasteners.
• Temperature resistance: -58°F to +302°F (-50°C to 150°C), momentary +329°F (200°C)

• The range is available in seven sizes, ranging from 12 x 8 inch to 40 x 32 inch.
• The cabinets are made of beige (RAL 7032) hot molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, dyed in mass. The enclosure is furnished with four threaded studs and bolts for mounting plate or mounting frame installation.
• The enclosure provides double insulation and a protection degree of IP66-9 following IEC 529 and CENELEC EN 60529 UL/CSA listed NEMA 4X.
• Temperature resistance: -58°F to +302°F (-50°C to +150°C), momentary +392°F (200°C)
• Self extinguishing and halogen-free.
• Cabinets are maintenance free and corrosion resistant.
• Optimum seals are obtained by the use of molded-in channels in conjunction with seamless foamed polyurethane or neoprene gaskets.

• Cabinet is self-extinguishing, hot molded halogen-free fiberglass reinforced polyester.
• Gray dyed in mass (RAL 7036)

• Can be coupled in height, width and depth and still retain UL listing.

• 14 standard sizes range from 20 inch x 20 inch to 50 inch x 40 inch with a single depth of 12-1/2 inch.
• The entire Polysafe enclosure series are 4mm thick, Halogen-free, hot compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester and are self-extinguishing.
• Doors and panels are made of Beige (RAL 7035)
• Doors are mounted on internal hinges and the latches have a 5-point internal latching mechanism.
• Designed to be wall mounted or free-standing.
• Contains a (PUR) continuously poured polyurethane gasket.
• May be horizontally or vertically coupled.
• Two depth extensions may be added while retaining UL rating.
• All factory assembled units maintain total insulation and have been tested to IP65-1K10 (20J) acc. To IEC 60529 and CENELEC EN50102.

• The Vynckier Miniature or VM Series available in ten sizes ranging from 5"X 3"X 3" to 7"X 7" X 6".
• Opaque covers and all bases are made of impact and corrosive resistant VALOX, RAL 7035 color.
• Transparent cover is made from polycarbonate.
• Molded internal bosses for back panel, mounting of components or DIN rail.
• IP66 rating.
