In many industrial applications voltages between 110 and 220 V are used to control actuators. With load currents exceeding 100 mA these high voltages produce arcing that causes a great deal of wear on the relay contacts.

We have designed our D-SERIES relay modules specifically for universal usage in a wide range of industrial applications. They are much more reliable than conventional solutions, which minimises costs for maintenance and replacement.

Thanks to series connected contacts, built-in blow magnets and low-wear contacts, arcing is effectively suppressed with D-SERIES products - resulting in a noticeably longer service life.

IDEC Relays

RF1V Series force guided relay have mechanically linked contacts allowing you to use in safety related circuits. Available in four or six pole models, all relays have 6A form-A contacts. RF1V can be mounted directly on printed circuit board or can use DIN RAIL or PCB mount socket. RF1V is UL recognized, TUV rated and CE marked. Contacts of a force guided relay are forced to open and close by a guide connected to the armature.

SymCom Monitors

SymCom's MotorSaver Model 201A is an auto ranging plug-in voltage / phase monitor designed to protect 3-phase motors regardless of size. It is used on 190-480 VAC, 50/60 Hz motors to prevent damage caused by single-phasing, low voltage, phase reversal, or voltage unbalance conditions (high voltage detection is only available with the Model 201A-9). The trip delay prevents rapid or short cycling due to rapidly
