DC/f Converters

• These DC/f converters are just 6 mm wide and convert standardised analogue signals (0 to 10 V, 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA) into frequencies of up to 16 kHz. The frequency range can be switched between four ranges: 1/4/8/16 kHz. These components can be used to import analogue signals from the field into meter cards in the PLC. Shielded and twisted lines are recommended for the connection on the output side.

• The f/DC converter in its compact WAVEBOX enclosure just 12.5 mm wide converts input frequencies of up to 100 kHz into analogue signals. The component can be configured as required via DIP switches. The connection on the input side is suitable for both 2- and 3-wire PNP/NPN or Namur initiators. The component has 4 kV 3-way isolation and does not have to be calibrated separately.
