One & Two Channel (Miniature) Converters

• One- and two-channel analogue signal converter/ supply isolator with external power supply: for isolating and transmitting analogue voltage signals; one- and two-channel output-current loop-powered signal isolator/multiplier in two-wire design with analogue voltage input. The converters feature optional IP20 or IP6X protection and can thus be used in a many different environments. The input and output channel are completely electrically isolated, as is the power supply.

Single-Channel (Miniature) & 2-Channel

• Single-channel & Dual-Channel input current loop-fed passive disconnector in a WAVEBOX enclosure just 17.5 mm wide. The inputs and outputs are electrically isolated. The passive disconnectors are characterised by their low current consumption.

• Output-current loop-powered signal isolator/multiplier in two-wire design with analogue DC current input.

Universal Signal Converter & Trip Amplifier

• ITX Plus: universal, output-current loop-powered signal isolator/converter in two-wire design: for measuring analogue DC voltage, DC current and temperature.
• WAVE TTA: universal signal converter and trip amplifier: configurable with PC. Combines the functions of isolation, transmission, linearization and trip amplification in a single module. These exceptional characteristics and outstanding configurability combine to make the TTA truly unique. The TTA functions with stability and precision under a wide range of voltages and ambient temperatures. It is compatible with all standard sensor types.

Thermal signal converter with external supply voltage. Input and output parameters can be universally configured and parameterized. Integrated features include cold-junction compensation and linearization of the sensor signals.

Standard thermal elements can be connected on the input side, in accordance with IEC 564. Depending on their housing type, these converters are available in widths of 6.1 mm and 17.5 mm. They can be used in the electrical cabinet for any process automation and industrial automation applications.

Universal, electrically-isolated signal converters for measuring frequencies with auxiliary power supply and optional limit-value monitoring. The WAS/WAZ PRO Freq f/DC converter in its compact WAVEBOX housing is just 12.5 mm wide. It converts input frequencies of up to 100 kHz into standardized analogue signals. This component can be configured as required via DIP switches.

The connection on the input side is suitable for both 2- and 3-wire PNP/NPN or Namur initiators. The component has 4 kV 3-way isolation and does not have to be calibrated separately.

Bridge measurement isolator/converter with auxiliary power supply: converts signals from a Wheatstone bridge into standardised analogue values. Typical applications include force, weight and torsion measurements. The ACT20P bridge converts bridge measurement signals into standard signals. A push button is used to adjust to the load cells. The ACT20P product line offers customers precise and functional signal conversion in a compact design. It supplies bridges with up to 4 x 350 O at 10 V. The ACT20P bridge supports easy tare weight calibration by using an input for an external button or a PLC output.

The PRO BRIDGE comes in a compact 17.5-mm WAVEBOX housing and has complete 3-way isolation. It can be programmed as required via DIP switches. A change in the resistance of the measuring bridge is detected immediately and imported.

Current AC

• AC or AC/DC current monitoring components with analogue output.
• Depending on the version, the input side can be used to measure single-phase AC currents up to 60 A.
• The output side features switchable analogue DC current/voltage signals.
• Measuring transducer for AC currents up to 500 A, for mounting on TS35 rail.
• Suitable for feeding though conductors with diameters up to 35 mm.

Voltage AC - AUX Powered

• Universal single-phase AC voltage monitoring components with analogue output and external power supply.
• On the input side these components feature multiple ranges for measuring voltages up to 450 V AC.
• The output signal is available optionally as current loop or analogue DC voltage.
• The input/output and the separate 24-VDC supply are electrically isolated with 4 kV.

DC/DC 2-Way Isolator

• A 2-way isolation separates the signals electrically and decouples the measuring circuits.
• Potential differences caused by long lines and common reference points are eliminated.
• Moreover, the electrical isolation protects against damage caused by overvoltages as well as inductive and capacitive couplings.
