The TERMOPTO compact terminal requires almost no maintenance. They feature integrated isolation of potential voltages, save space in the enclosure, reduce maintenance and optimize machine up time. Pluggable cross connections, available for terminals or Push In connection technology, reduce wiring time in installation and maintenance. TERMOPTO solid-state relays are available in 10 input voltages and 3 output voltages for standard control voltages from 5 to 230V AC and DC, with either screw or Push In terminals.

PSSR Series Power Solid State Relays

• In many industrial applications, the switching performance of contactors is not sufficient to switch loads reliably in the long term, so heating elements on plastics machines, for example, are activated in cycles to regulate the heating output. Electromechanical elements soon reach their performance limits here. Switching noises made by contactors used in refrigeration technology, system construction and processes where people work at close proximity to machines often have a negative effect on concentration levels or are considered disturbing. Weidmüller power solid state relay switches do not wear and can be combined with a large selection of enclosures to offer the right module for every application.

MCZ-SERIES Optos

• The MCZ SERIES optos, with a width of only 6 mm, are the thinnest in their class. They are distinguished by the following features:
  • Tension clamp connection
  • Integrated cross-connection in input/output Clampable conductor cross-section is 0.5 to 1.5 mm².

MICROSERIES Solid State Relays

• Solid-state relays of the MICROSERIES are used for isolating and coupling digital signals. They are charcterised by the following features:
  • 6.1 mm modular width

PLUGSERIES Optocouplers

DK SERIES Minicouplers

• At just 6 mm wide, all components of the DKO range of minicouplers have an extremely narrow design. Four or five screw connections with a nominal cross-section of 4 mm² are available. The minicouplers are suitable for a wide range of applications in the coupling of digital sensor/actuator signals with automation devices and the process field.

JACKPAC IP68 Signal Inverter

• The JPP level converters convert NPN signals into PNP signals and vice versa.
