The DRM is available in 2 and 4 changeover contact versions for AC and DC voltages to suit most industrial and commercial applications. DRM relays are available with LED status indication, as well as a test lever for quick and easy commissioning and troubleshooting. Weidmuller announces the introduction of a new series of solid-state relays with state-of-the-art technology. These relays operate through a patented pulse transformer technology that offers numerous advantages over electromechanical relays and solid-state opto-couplers. These advantages include high transient immunity and high input-to-output isolation - all with no minimum load requirements. Designed for difficult industrial applications that frequently include electrical drives, the Delcon Series utilizes pulse transformer isolation and protective load circuitry to ensure long life operation. The Delcon Series relays are a perfect complement to Weidmuller's existing portfolio of relays and opto-couplers.

Optocouplers & Solid State Relays

• Optos are available in different forms - from modular terminal enclosures to plug-in bases for terminal rail mounting. For contactless switching and amplification of digital signals in automation engineering. Based on a wide enclosure platform, Weidmüller has the optimum component for every application. Weidmüller solid-state relays and optos are available with rated voltages of 5 to 230 V on the input side. Optional DC and AC outputs enable the switching of loads in the most diverse applications.

MICROSERIES Relays

• Relays of the MICROSERIES are used for isolating and coupling digital signals.

MCZ-SERIES Relay Couplers

• The MCZ R relay couplers, with a width of only 6 mm, are the thinnest in their class.
• They are distinguished by the following features:
  • Tension clamp connection
  • Integrated cross-connection in input/output. Clampable conductor cross-section is 0.5 to 1.5 mm²

PLUGSERIES Relays

• High power/currents can be safely switched with the PLUGSERIES. The modular system enables conventional relays and LED indicators simply to be plugged in. Retaining and disassembly clips provide a secure mount. Pre-assembled relays with 1 or 2 changeover contacts and input voltages from 24V to 230V round of the product range. Plug-in ZQV 2.5 cross-connectors enable relay multiplexers to be set up quickly thanks to simple side-by-side mounting.

WAVESERIES Relay Couplers

• The WAVEBOX enclosure just 22.5 mm wide is ideal for the innovative relays of the WAVESERIES. Plug-in electronics, connections and cross-connections ease installation, setup and servicing on the customer's premises. The WAVESERIES relays are available with different input voltages and contact configurations. International approvals permit their use worldwide.

DK-SERIES Relays

• At just 6 mm wide, all components of the DKR minicouplers have an extremely narrow design. Weidmüller also offers 4 and 5 screw-connections, with a rated cross-section of 4 mm2. The mini-coupler is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is used for the coupling of digital sensor/actuator signals with automation devices on the process level.

RS-SERIES Relay Couplers

• Clip-on RS 30. 31. 32 relay bases are available in widths from 11.2 to 25 mm, depending on the type.
• The RSM relay multiplexers are available as 4, 8 and 16-way modules. To reduce the wiring work, the DC variants are fitted with a common plus or minus potential. The optional IEC603-1 plug-in connector enables the connection of pre-assembled lines.
• The screw connection system is used to connect the conductor with a rated cross-section of 2.5 mm².

Safety Relays

The WRS 24V DC SIL 3 safety relay should be used in areas where a functionally safe switch-off is required. The SIL 3 components are capable of meeting the requirements of EN 61508.

Timing Relays

• Timing relays are used in automation engineering in order to compensate for malfunctions caused by high clock rates.

JACKPAC IP68 JPR Relay

• The JPR relays in their IP 68 JACKPAC enclosures are available with and without electrical isolation.
• The switching amplifier amplifies 24 Vdc switch outputs to max. 2 A.
• The switching voltage at the output is fed via a T-junction.
