Designed to reduce the number of terminal block variations required, three P Series terminal blocks cover a cross section of 2.5mm2 to 16mm2 - a function previously requiring five different blocks. SAK-Series Terminal Blocks

• Weidmüller's many years experience in the market have resulted in constant optimisation. No other modular terminal in the world is based on such comprehensive expertise as the SAK Series. Cutting & Clamping Technology

• The spring-loaded IDC contact guarantees separation of the mechanical and electrical functions.
• This system provides permanent maximum safety and maximum flexibility for connecting different conductor cross-sections - even if conductors are disconnected and reconnected many times.

Weidmuller disconnect test terminals are specially designed for test and measurement tasks. Electrical circuits can be disconnected from the supply by means of their disconnect lever: an advantage for quick troubleshooting. The new WTR Weidmuller terminals are now equipped with even more functionalities. The disconnect lever area allows you to carry out the disconnection by means of either the lever or a pull pin (TNST). ZQV 2.5N pluggable cross-connections enable time and cost-saving feed-through of potentials to adjacent terminals.

The well known ASK 1EN/LD Weidmuller fuse block and its family members (KDKS 1EN/LD and KDKS 1PE/LD) have undergone a little face lift.

The new ZT4/2AN/1 and ZTPE4/2AN/1 Weidmuller WeiCoS pluggable terminal blocks give customers even greater flexibility and lower assembly costs. WeiCoS combines both terminal block and plug-in connection technology that results in an efficient, modular, functionally flexible, and manufacturer-independent wiring system. Prefabricated functional units such as lamps, door controls, mounting plates and switchgear panels can be connected to the existing installation error free and in seconds simply by Plugging Connector onto the terminal. An externally-tensioned contact and locking element guarantee a shock and vibration-proof connection of the plug-in connector with the terminal block.

The new branch WDU 4/ZZ and WDU 4/ZR Weidmuller terminals provide users with the ability to simplify distribution of signals or power. Further distribution can be accomplished using pluggable cross connection jumpers to adjacent terminals.

Weidmuller now offers new DIN-rail mounted fuse terminal blocks for equipment requiring fast overload protection. The WSI 25 fuse terminal blocks accept 13/32" by 1.5" (10.3x38mm) Class CC fuses and have a Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of 200kA. They are designed for high current and high voltage applications, making them ideal for protecting components such as Transformers, Motors and solenoids. The WSI 25 terminal fuse blocks are compact and touch-safe, with an easy-to-access lever for quick and safe fuse replacement. The Class CC fuse holder accommodates a variety of fuse ratings designed to offer circuit protection for specific application requirements.

These Weidmuller terminals offer a combi-foot for mounting on both 32mm and 35mm DIN rails. Made from UL94-V2 rated polyamide 6.6, these terminals are general purpose products suitable for a wide range of applications.

Weidmuller's latest insulation displacement (IDC) hybrid terminal, IDK 1.5N/ZB, offers a combination of IDC and screw clamp technology in a compact package, which provides OEMs the best of both worlds to capitalize on the time-saving IDC technology, yet continue to provide standard screw clamp technology for field wiring. Thanks to external tensioning spring to the IDC contacts and a visual positioning of the wire guide, IDC contacts guarantee the best possible contact that is safe and reliable. IDC technology offers an estimated time savings of up to 76% in comparison to conventional screw clamp methods of connection.
