Altering the DIP Switches
will affect the function and performance of ACS55. Check that the changes will not cause any risk to persons or property. ACS55
starts the motor automatically after a supply break if the external start signal is on. ACS55 is not a field repairable unit.
ACS55 estimates the temperature of the motor based on the measured output current and the defined motor nominal
current.

Hitachi Drives
L100-007MFU2
inverters will trip on over-current, over-voltage, and under-voltage to protect the inverter. The motor output turns OFF, allowing
the motor to free-run to a stop. Press the Stop/Reset key to reset the inverter and clear the error. The Powerup Test procedure
uses minimal parameter settings to run the motor. The procedure describes two alternative methods for commanding the inverter:
via the inverter keypad, or via the logic terminals.

V1000 NEMA 4X/12 Current Vector Microdrive
The V1000-4X is a version of the standard V1000 in an integral enclosure that meets NEMA type 4X/12 indoor use
requirements, UL type 4X/12 standards, and the IP66 rating of IEC 60529. This enclosure provides the protection required in tough
washdown or dust-tight environments, common in Food and Beverage Processing, Packaging, Metal Machining, Woodworking, Pumping,
Refrigeration, and Printing. The enclosure is epoxy-coated to protect against the harmful effects of sanitizing chemicals
commonly used in food industries.
