INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description: This is an immediate opening for an experienced and self-motivated INDUSTRIAL SALES
REPRESENTATIVE to sell instrumentation and process controls. Candidates must have strong work ethics, maturity, and a minimum of
3 years of solid and successful outside sales experience in the industrial/factory-automation arena, with emphasis on
instrumentation and process controls preferred. Clearwater Tech is seeking an individual who has the rare combination of technical
expertise and excellent communications skills and the ability to relate to people with all levels of expertise and education.
Clearwater Tech is a distributor for high- and low-tech products in the complex and challenging
factory-automation industry that is known for (and committed to) providing a high level of customer service, and this individual
will be a key part of the team and work references will be checked. This is a nonsmoking environment.
Candidates must be extremely skilled at ferreting out the right prospects to pursue and to do so with the
genuine intent of creating win/win situations that will create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. The successful
candidate will also have a strong mechanical aptitude and a good driving record. Academic training in electrical engineering or
related field is considered a plus.

Salary: $1,500/month for initial two-month training period, $35,000/year at successful completion of
training period
Location: Boise, Idaho
Travel: Extremely limited, within 300-mile radius of Boise
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of proven industrial and/or factory-automation sales
experience
Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
