The aforementioned limitations are the basis of the agreement between Clearwater Tech and its customers. The exclusive remedy for legal settlement is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service purchased.

Payment for Goods and Payment of Applicable Taxes
The customer supplying credit card information asserts the information is accurate; charges will be honored by the customer's credit card company, and the card user will pay fees charged the customer at rates effective at the time of transaction with appropriate tax.
