NEW PRODUCTS (Non-Pre-Owned)
All new products sold by
www.clrwtr.com are subject to the terms of any and all original manufacturer's
warranty/ies that may apply. www.clrwtr.com provides no warranties regarding such new products, including WE DISCLAIM ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME.
PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS
All pre-owned products sold by www.clrwtr.com are warranted to our customer
only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other
normal conditions) for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement,
at our choice, of any such defective product (or part thereof as we determine) free of charge to our customer; if we decide that
the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account with us in an amount equal to the sum you paid to us for
it. Any warranty claim must be by written notice to us received before the end of the 12 month warranty period, together with
return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our RMA#. (Should a warranty claim be made,
please call 1-800-894-0412 for an RMA# prior to any return.) THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID
TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT

FUNCTIONING PRODUCTS
All products listed as FUNCTIONING by www.clrwtr.com are warranted to our
customer as follows: all functioning components thereof for which we publish prices shall be free from defect in materials and
workmanship (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 12 months from the date
of purchase. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective component free of
charge to our customer; if we decide that the component cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account with us in an
amount equal to the sum you paid to us for the repair. Freight and rush fees for returned product remain the responsibility of the
customer. Any warranty claim must be by written notice to us received before the end of the 12 month warranty period, together with
return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our RMA#. (Should a warranty claim be made,
please call 1-800-894-0412 for an RMA# prior to any return.) THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER

OTHER TERMS
All sales and services are presumed to have taken place in Idaho and those above-described
warranties provided by www.clrwtr.com shall be construed under Idaho law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in that State or Federal Court nearest to the main office of www.clrwtr.com
The parties hereby agree to personal jurisdiction over them in such Courts. www.clrwtr.com shall be entitled to attorneys'
fees and costs should it have to enforce its right under this transaction. Customer warrants that it is and shall remain in full
compliance with any applicable United States, State and/or local regulations controlling the sale and delivery of goods for export
and is and shall remain solely responsible therefore. The terms set forth herein (and elsewhere by www.clrwtr.com on its
website, if any) constitute the entire agreement regarding this transaction, subject only to our credit agreement (if any) with you
as our customer and our invoice to our customer.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product from www.clrwtr.com you may return
the product within 10 calendar days after the invoice date for a full refund of the purchased price. If not returned within the 10
day period, a restock fee will apply. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the exact product you purchased. Product must be
in purchased condition with all accessory items and accompanied by an RMA Number.
